They are legit the best in the area! We couldn't be happier with the work they do or the company itself!!

These guys don't know the difference between daffodils and weeds. They chopped off my feeding daffodils. When they prune trees, they take the entire branch instead of the damaged part. I have been asked to be placed on Oakbrook's "No Prune List," again.

Creative Image does an excellent job with the landscaping were I live in Oakbrook. The grounds crew are professional and keep the landscaping absolutely beautiful! Our HOA started 3 years ago with Creative Image. It was the best thing that we ever did. Our neighborhood has never looked better. It's been a fantastic relationship. Our associate, Chase Meiman, has been so professional and knowledgeable about ever aspect that we have encountered. He is the ultimate in managing our more challenging homeowners. Dave Kennedy you have hit a home run with this young man. So thrilled to have your hard working crews making a huge difference in the appearance of our property.

We had Creative Image re-level some clay pavers on our patio, then power wash all the joints, so we could install poly sand to prevent weeds from popping up in the future. From the moment we met with Scott Good to working with the crew, everyone was a professional. We had a rainstorm, shortly after the work was done and some of the poly sand came out of the joints, so Scott came by and re sanded a few areas. That is great service! Everyone we worked with gets 5 stars. The only reason we give 4 stars is because the website could be improved to make it easier to view and pay invoices, either by credit or ACH.

At this point they don’t even deserve a star. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. I live in an apartment complex that has contracted this company for landscaping. They do not complete their job. If you TRY to speak with their staff, all you get is they don’t speak English. I have weeds up to my waist and even a weed that has grown into a tree that’s taller than me at this point from last season. I can not enjoy my patio for fear of not knowing what’s is the bushes or grass. I think it’s pathetic that I keep getting the run around. I even contacted them last season for an estimate on landscaping and no one ever called me back. I left several messages and no one bothered to return my call. Their crew was in my complex today and I called to ask if they could have them come cut my grass, spoke with Felicia and was told Greg would be contacting me for more information and nothing. I’m so sick of companies not producing what you pay for. Since they obviously don’t care, I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau.

Someone from this place hit my friend's car window with a weedwhacker, completely shattering it, and then tried to tell him it was a rock. He wouldn't even let my friend speak to any manager or supervisor. We're waiting to see if they actually take care of the window replacement.

My HOA has been using creative image for a few years now. They do get the job done, but it isn't always done well.

They frequently cut when the grass is still very wet, making giant mud piles with their riding mowers. I often worry that my windows will get smashed as they hit rocks with the weedwackers every week.

Their work looks ok if you don't look close enough.

The worst crew of lawn care company I've ever seen. They should be called speedy cut. And you should not let them do any landscaping. First off they were trying to trim hedges with a weed eater. Out of three rows of hedges that had only been growing 3 years. It looked as if you sent a daycare class with some type of cutters and told each one of them to trim a different heads anyway they want it. Just a tip from a person who has saw yard work for 3 years plus. Stay away from them

On gardening service not so good two different. type flowers installed, never made it, they keep saying they will replace, the bush out front is not the same as the others. Our big complaint is the weed killer they killed my grass around my tree and by my hose holder, all do to the fact they would have lees to trim manually, we do not need this because our siding doesn’t go all the way down. We have been promised earlier next week and excuse is our sod burnt up and today was promised someone would be out to evaluate dead grass around the tree, I left two messages with live person in the morning and still nothing. The bottom line here is the techs putting chemicals down actually run with the hoses, trimmers same way and this just ends up same way (a mess) all the time when you trade quantity for quality. They actually put the weed killer around my landscaping island in the back, no weeds there, I pull them all out in the inside. I might be wrong but looks to me they have to much to do, sort of like parking for 85 cars! 7 at at a time…

These guys are legit, Joel and his crew and the whole Creative Image team did an amazing job on our new wall. They were in and out in two days and left our property better than they found it. Our old eyesore is gone now and we have a new amazing wall that will last us a very long time. I would recommend Creative Image to anyone! We are already looking for other projects to get them back out here. A+

They came out today for weed removal and chopped 2 of my 6 year old Day Lily plants to the ground, it’s on my security cameras! I am livid to say the least!
