Jeff has remodeled two bathrooms and a basement for us, and unfortunately, we are out of projects to work with him on (for now). He was fantastic as were the rest of the folks he brought into our home over the last couple of years. He treats your house like his own, and all of the workers are very respectful. His business model is favorable and the quality of work is above and beyond. Everything wound up exactly as we imagined with the best part being it was done by people who truly cared and took pride in the work they did. I recommend Jeff every chance I get.

We worked with Jeff on the remodel of our bathroom. He was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done with quality. The contractors he utilized were high quality, timely and reasonably priced. After our regular handyman retired, I found it difficult to find reliable services for our household projects. Balancing cost and quality of work is always a challenge when relying on unknown service providers. With a recent shower remodel, I even found it difficult to get return calls for quotes through services like Angie’s List and Home Advisor. Enter Jeff Dunn from Get Things Dunn. As the general contractor, Jeff managed the entire project from start to finish. He performed some of the work himself (framing, drywall, shower door install etc…) but brought in his trusted network for other parts of the project (demo crew, plumber, and tile company). I love that he didn’t try to do everything himself- having specialists perform each part of the project ensured the quality was top notch! He also kept everything within budget and was far below all other quotes I received for the job. Jeff is knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. Before starting the job, he emailed me a detailed description of the scope of work, materials cost, and an hourly estimate of the work to be done. He also got the quotes and coordinated all the work with the subcontractors- this was a huge benefit! I didn’t need to spend hours managing the project myself. He and his team members would always show up on time and were very courteous in our home. He finished on budget, and we were thrilled with the result. Recently had our master bath renovated, and are very pleased with the results. Jeff is very pleasant to work with, and does a good job of keeping you up to date on the job progress. His prices are very reasonable, and there were zero curve-balls throughout the project.

I keep a running to-do list of small house repairs such as touch-up painting, drywall crack repair, handrail mounting. I felt so fortunate to meet Jeff Dunn of Get Things Dunn! Jeff is willing to estimate the cost of and complete these small repairs himself, in between larger contracting and remodeling jobs.
For a bigger project, Jeff will bring in other professional contractors. He facilitated the installation of a whole house emergency generator for us by coordinating all the necessary electrical, plumbing and concrete work.

Jeff Dunn remolded my basement and did a fantastic job. All the sub-contractors he hired were super. They were always on time and explained everything they were doing. When they were finished they always cleaned up the mess. Jeff always checked that every detail was perfect. He always went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. The guy that put up our blinds couldn’t believe how straight the walls were. We are beyond thrilled with our basement. If you want something done right call Jeff Dunn you won’t be disappointed.

We used Jeff to complete our whole house renovation. We took a 1600 total sqft house from a multi family (2 small apartments) back into a single family home. We took this thing down to the studs. No floor, no walls, nothing - a complete gut. Now, I am writing this from the comfort of our gorgeous living room. Before we started the process, we asked for a general timeline. Jeff said he couldn't guarantee anything before demolition ("you never know what we could find behind these walls"), but we pressed him for a guess. He said 6-8 months. All of our friends, families, and neighbors said to double or triple that. We moved in 7 months later. Not only was Jeff on time, but he was courteous, patient (I ask a lot of questions), and has a smooth process designed that he follows to a T. Plus he is always just a text away. We used almost all of the sub-contractors that Jeff recommended and they all did amazing work. We had a floor guy and an HVAC guy that we wanted to use already, else we would have trusted Jeff's recommendations. That's the great thing about Jeff's model: in the beginning, he has all of the (his and/or your) suggested subcontractors come out to the house on "bid day," where they each get a full time slot to walk through the project, meet you, and give you an estimated cost. You select the subs and Jeff manages EVERYTHING from there. Timelines, order of operations, materials, etc. I am not aware of any other contractors who operate this way. There is flexibility with Jeff without sacrificing the overarching process. And again, all of his recommended subs were on budget, on time, and he even makes them clean the construction site every day before they leave. The entire project (and there were so many pieces) turned out extremely beautiful and sturdy. The work Jeff put into it (management, reviewing and approving the work, odds and ends jobs, etc) is priceless. Dare I even say this project was a little fun? We 10/10 would choose Jeff for any and every future job.

Made an appointment but they never showed up. Called and left a message with no response. I've also left messages in the past with no response but if they actually show up, they do good work. Very poorly managed is how I would describe it.

Best Plumbing service anywhere. We never use anyone else!. Our dishwasher was installed in a timely manner and as always professional and courteous service!

The receptionist was pretty rude and wasted our time. We told her we needed to go through our homeowners insurance to fix the problem we were having. Knowing this she still sent someone out and then proceeded to callback the next day and give us the quote but tell us that she didn't have the time or patience to deal with the insurance companies and it was too much of a headache for her so they don't work with them. Well why waste our time knowing that's the route we needed to go. Just because of her I'm not going with this company
