It was a very cold day and our heater went out. We called Mike at the end of the day and he was able to come over right away and fix it. He was very professional and did a great job. His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. We will use him in the future when we need to replace our unit.

A little over a month ago, I needed my entire system replaced. After looking around, I went with Watson Heating and Cooling. I couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait to post my review to really get an honest perspective on the entire process. After a month, I have done my first filter change and the cold weather has hit. I was happy when it was installed and time has done nothing but solidify my positive experience working with this company. I would wholeheartedly recommend Watson to anyone.

It is a locally family owned business and many of the employees are related. (If my memory is correct, I believe the crew who put in my system was the father, a son and a nephew.) Michael returned my calls/emails promptly pre-installment and answered all my many questions the day he and his crew were in my home. Each man was polite and respectful. I would have barely known they were even here most of the day and after they were gone there was no evidence they had been there other than my new furnace and air conditioning unit. My home is warmer than it has been in years and my Duke bill was down after only two weeks. I simply cannot think of anything negative to post. I look forward to maintaining my furnace and AC with Watson Heating and Cooling for many years to come.

We had a great experience with Watson Heating & Cooling. Mike truly earned all his great reviews. Not only was the price reasonable, when we decided to upgrade Mike notified us that we would qualify for a Duke Energy rebate. We were over the moon! It really helped make the upgrade so much more affordable. Mike and his team were thorough, polite, and cleaned up. We had peace of mind knowing that Mike has some of the same features we bought in his own house and was willing to show us how to use them. Very fair price, very professional company, and we love how efficient and comfortable our home is now!

Mike and his crew were great throughout the entire process! Our furnace went out last week and the same day we called Mike he was able to come out and inspect everything. The next day we received a quote. Mike was very thorough and explained everything to us. He ran numbers with and without the a/c unit since we didn’t NEED the a/c replaced. We asked for both because we knew it was a matter of time before it went out too. Mike was able to give very reasonable and affordable pricing, financing is also available. While we were waiting for the install later in the week, Mike gave us heaters to use to keep our house warm- they were a huge help so we were not placed out of our home while waiting. Mike did excellent communicating with us letting us know where we were in the process. The day of the install came and Mike and his crew were fantastic! They had our entire hvac system replaced, as well as our whole home humidifier and thermostat, in one day! There was no trace that they had even been in our home. There was no mess. Everything is up and running and our home is comfortable! Thank you Mike and crew for replacing our unit, being professional, and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I called Watson Heating and Air on Wednesday, it was after hours so I left a message. Within minutes Mike sent a text to see how he could help us. I told him the issues we were having, he was booked pretty solid until the next week but offered to take a look at our ac the next day between jobs. Mike was friendly and professional when he arrived, after inspecting everything he diagnosed the problem, discussed how he could correct it and gave me vital information on how to keep are unit running properly. Price was very reasonable, especially for such a short notice. I highly recommend Watson Heating and Air to anyone with HVAC needs.

Josh was great! So polite, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure my A/C was clean and good to go for the summer. If I could give over 5 stars, I would!

The furnace install by Watson Heating was a great experience. The crew was prompt, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the work area well. Would certainly hire them again when the need arises.

So here's the deal... while outside watering last night, I noticed my unit huming and the fan not turning on. Sent a note to Watson's at 8:00PM, I had to wait all the way until 8:02PM for Watson's to respond :-) They scheduled me between 8-10AM the NEXT MORNING... why does this only let you give 5-STAR?... they deserve 6 for this one. Josh was there shortly after 8AM, very professional, went about his work and had us up and running in under an hour... GREAT SERVICE!

They were absolute professionals to work with; they showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. Will DEFINITELY work with them again!!!

Furnace failed over Valentines Day weekend when it was in the 20s at night. Responded the same day, but needed to order repair part. Fixed on Monday. Service was handled professionally. Thanks John

Requested service on a Thursday evening and got a response very quickly. Joshua arrived the next morning and kept working until he was able to find the problem. Had my heat restored within an hour of his arrival! Would recommend Watson Heating and Cooling!

I bought a home that had some HVAC issues. Former owner's son who does commercial HVAC put an incorrect part in. I appreciated both Mike and Steve communicating with both me and the son to get my problem resolved. I felt very well taken care by this company and will be reaching out to set up the twice a year maintenance. I love locally owned companies and this one is awesome !
