I live in Chicago and care for my father-in-law in Fort Thomas, KY. My father-in-laws furnace needed some work done. I found excellent reviews on Watson Heating & Cooling. I called Mike and he came out to my father-in-laws on the day I requested. After reading the reviews and talking with Mike on the phone, I knew Mike was someone I could trust to do a good job. He did just that! Great service at a fair price. I would highly recommend Watson Heating & Cooling.

Just world class Service from Mike and his son.They came out, told me what was wrong with my unit on a Friday. Ordered the part and had it fixed by Tuesday, but before he left Friday had the unit running so we had AC until the new part came in. He's my go to guy for any future AC/Heating needs! I own a cleaning business so I will also recommend him to my customers going Forward

Watson Heating and Cooling Never disappoints. I called Mike for an issue with a furnace in a rental property. He was able to stop by that day later in the afternoon to assess the problem. He found the bottom door latch on furnace was not latched, which caused the safety switch to not be closed, causing the furnace not to operate. Since it is getting warm, Mike started up of AC system and made sure the Freon levels are set, and cycled the AC system in preparation for warmer weather. He also suggested that the air filter be replaced, so I placed my order for that online today. Watson Heating and Cooling is truly the top notch in the business.

Mike has taken care of my HVAC for the last 8 year's. He replaced my original unit this year that was 20 years old. My new unit runs fantastic and his air filter program is top notch. Every month I get a new filter sent to my house and it reminds me to change it right away, keeping my heat pump running at its top performance. I highly recommend Watson Heating and Cooling for great service and a competitive price.

I consulted Mike for a second opinion about my air conditioner. Both said there was a leak in the coils causing the freon to escape. Unlike the other company, he suggested repairing the unit rather than replacing it which saved me money. Mike and his crew did a great job. He was very friendly and professional.

This family-owned business quoted a fair, competitive price for installing a new HVAC system. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned the work areas and were finished by dinner. The new system quickly recovered the heat temperature. Mike Watson stayed after his guys left and walked us through operation of our new thermostat and answered questions. All of the men were professional and we were very comfortable having them in our home.

Linda and I have known family since our kids were at St Theresa School so when a good friend said to call Only Mike because they are good fair honest and family operated. Our system was the original for 29 years it quit working he got us up and running at no charge if his estimate was accepted and he'd keep it going until he could get there to replace it. They installed it next week and they cleaned the Duct work through out the entire house. We are both very pleased and happy with their workmanship and would HIGHLY recommend them to any one needing new system or service work. Thanks Mike and Josh and others.

I am always a big advocate for supporting local/family first but have really struggled with this company. If i could get a refund for the yearly service plan i enlisted in Oct I would. They were hired to complete a furnace maintenance and encouraged me to do an air duct cleaning at a later date. Air duct scheduling was almost a month out but was fine with that. However when it came time to do the air duct they were a no call no show, even though i received an appointment confirmation text two day before. While family matters happen, the individual still never called me back to reschedule or followed up for continued service. Upon hiring a new company, it turns out that my furnace hadn't even been properly cleaned and the filter wasn't even changed. I'd encourage the next generation who is taking over the business to build their client communication skills, confidence and knowledge of the work. Its unfortunate that my experience does not seem to align to those past reviews but felt transparency was needed as it was not a positive experience.

Mike was highly recommended to me and I'm so glad I chose Watson Heating and Cooling. He and his crew were awesome!!! When I called him, he was able to fit me right in. Unfortunately, my 25 year old furnace was unable to be repaired (he actually showed me the problem) and gave me his advice on which furnace to choose from, didn't try to "sell" me the most expensive one. Great service, pricing and very honest!!!! I'd recommend him and already have.

Mike and his team installed 6 mini-split ac/heating units at our property. We could not have asked for a better company to work with on this big project. From the initial walk through to the quote, the actual install and the follow up--the entire team was professional and left all areas worked in cleaned and picked up. It was a long project as we were having to work around weather and situations at our property. They were understanding about the times we couldn't have them working and did everything they could to get the job done as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them for any service, but this was a huge job that turned out perfectly. And let me say this--if you're even remotely considering mini-split/ductless units for any property you own, these are a game changer in terms of being able to cool and heat rooms that were troublesome in the past because you have just one whole house unit.
