Our experience with Summerside Pools was (and continues to be) 5-star. The pool was installed in Southgate, KY late 2025. All phases of the project - excavation, delivery, installation, cleaning, and start-up were performed by professionals with a noticeable attention to detail. I cannot recommend this company enough! The crew (Jarrett, Hunter, and Kevin) did an amazing job when they were out last fall to winterize my pool and install a safety cover. They recently returned to open it for the upcoming season. They went above and beyond...even gave the pool a brief cleaning!! Very polite and professional. They are my go-to pool guys. If you are needing anything pool related, do not hesitate to use this company! You won't be disappointed.

In the end, everything was completed that we requested. The employees who do the work, both pool installation and landscaping, are great at what they do, friendly, and take pride in their work.

We were disappointed with our overall experience. Communication and timelines were ongoing issues throughout the project. Work was completed on roughly 12–14 days over a 45-day period, and several concerns we raised were not resolved to our satisfaction.

One section of the pool line appeared uneven by several inches and required additional wood and steel support in one corner. We also requested saw-cut concrete with squared edges around the pool, but the finished product was different from what we discussed.

When concerns were brought up during the project, we did not feel they were handled professionally. A compensation offer was made regarding some of the issues, but we declined it.

If communication, timeline consistency, and detailed finish work are important to you, I would recommend discussing expectations very clearly before starting your project.

Last fall I contracted Summerside pools to do our pool area here in Cincinnati Ohio and from start to finish they were amazing to work with. I was unsure of access to the back and if it was even possible in my yard with the slope. They designed what I was unable to visualize at all. After the design was finalized, they executed perfectly! If anyone in Cincinnati or the Cincinnati Tri State area is looking to get a fiberglass pool these are the guys to make it happen!
