First time home buyer here. Didn't know anything about what to except with a home inspection. So called around and the best person I spoke to was Erick. He was very friendly ,and helpful. He was also able to schedule an inspection quickly . When the appointment came Erick was very thorough ,took lots of pictures, he answered all my questions throughout the process and he even came back to look on the roof a few days after it snowed. He sent reports right away and compared to other inspectors he was very reasonably priced and didn't try to oversell his services like the other guys did. Eric was great! I called when we had put an offer on a house and we needed an inspection done within 7 days, every other inspector was booked until the last day we needed it done, but Eric moved around his schedule to work with us and got it done a day later! He did an amazing job and inspected every inch of the house and told us exactly everything that we needed to get done and gave great suggestions on how to fix the problems! On top of that he’s a great communicator and a very knowledgeable guy! Definitely would recommend Eric for any of your home or building property inspections!

During our home buying process, Eric inspected several houses for us. I cannot say enough good things about him! He saved us from purchasing several houses that needed major repairs beyond what we were willing to do. He is friendly, professional, always on time, and gets the report back to you quickly. Recently purchased carpet for our living room, hallway, and 2 flights of steps. Although the carpet looks great, the installation process was a nightmare. When told the carpet would be installed before Christmas, the installers called with an after Christmas date. We had to work through that issue by agreeing to remove the furniture from the rooms ourselves. On the day of the installation, the installers showed up late and unprepared. One had to make a trip to the store to purchase seam tape and tack strips while the other began tearing up the old carpet. In addition, I had to make a trip to the store to purchase the transitional pieces between the carpet and the tile/wood flooring - an additional $65. When the installers finished, he took several of the nails that I bought "for his next job." I feel they created a seam in the carpet that didn't need to be there. The installation took a total of 7 hours. Several cigarette buds were left on our porch, driveway and yard as the installers took several breaks throughout the process. At least they finished the job as it was 10:30pm when they finally finished.

Nice store. Staff doesn't seem to really interact like most Home Depot locations but sometimes that's nice to not be bothered every aisle.
