Rainbow was a pleasure to work with. The guys who came to our house were on time, very professional, very nice and respectful of our property. The office staff were very kind and helpful and took their time. If they didn't have an immediate answer to my questions, they found out and got back with me quickly. Rainbow was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Rainbow Restoration of Cincinnati assisted me with salvaging the contents of my home after a major devastation. It was a long and arduous process from cleaning, organizing, and attempting to save as much as possible of my personal belongings. All employees were extremely helpful and considerate.

Everything was carefully packed in boxes, and protected by a lot of padding. Items were wrapped with paper or bubble wrap, to prevent any further damage to personal contents .

I was missing many sentimental items where by Danny used a metal detector. It was tedious work, sifting through a mountain of debris!

I would like to extend a special thanks to Danny, Dominic, and Emma, for pack up of my belongings. Also sincere thanks to Danny, Joe and Christian for delivery of my contents.

Rob, the owner of Rainbow Restoration, personally came to my home to set up an irreplaceable, large, wood and glass collectors furniture piece. Rob and Taylor transported it and put it together with extreme care, bringing it to its original perfect condition. That was truly impressive outstanding service!

Rainbow did an amazing job on drying out my basement. The employees were friendly and prompt. They made the insurance claim easier. They efficiently cleaned up and removed anything destroyed by our flooded basement. The manager was also great!

The entire staff at Rainbow is excellent! The 2 ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. Travis and Tyler came to our house to direct the crew and they were cordial, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Tyler and Casey worked so hard at getting our damaged carpet up and getting our basement dried out after a pipe had burst. They were professional, friendly and worked hard, did an amazing job.

We awoke to a flooded basement on day. Called a plumber who recommended Rainbow Restoration to help. Two nice guys came out first walked me through their process. Within no time two additional guys showed up. They cleaned up the water, wet dry wall and carpet. They left very large fan and treated the area to prevent mold. Highly recommend this company. They made a bad day better.

We didn't actually use them, but Dominic came out to look at a job.

He was very professional, he came out and explained what happens when a restoration company come out, what to expect and how to move forward.

Rainbow provides ongoing care for needs resulting from a home fire episode. They are one of the most professional, courteous, friendly companies I've ever dealt with. They are proactive and responsive in their approach to what seems to me an undaunted task. They make me, their customer, happy to see or hear from them. Their customer service is superb.

Eric inspected the partial crawl-space, the basement, first floor, attic and roof! Just watching his agility and flexibility in the crawl-space left me in awe. 😂 He thoroughly covered the entire house, top to bottom, and documented everything completely. He was there a good length of time and didn’t miss a single thing. He was almost finished when I arrived and he took me through it all and explained everything in layman’s terms. His inspection report was extensive and detailed and filled with precise photos for the information he was conveying at the time.
