Constraction reviews in Cold Spring, Kentucky

Besides being professional in his approach, Eric takes the time explaining every step of the inspection to his Customers. We were impressed with his thoroughness & willingness to reach our level of understanding. We would definitely recommend him.

I recently had a home inspection done and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, thorough, and professional. The inspector took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone like me who's not familiar with certain terms.

He inspected every aspect of the property, from the roof to the foundation, and provided a detailed report complete with photos and clear explanations of any issues found. What I appreciated most was their honesty.

Thanks to their thoroughness, I feel much more confident about the home purchase process now. I highly recommend Fine Point Home Inspections to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy home inspection.

Eric was awesome, Very professional, very very thorough. Didn't mind answering all questions that I had. Even double checked some stuff that I noticed just to put me at ease with the inspection. Will use again if I need anything re inspected and 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection. Services were great, so many good details, and I don't think for a second he left a single stone unturned in my entire yard and home checking everything. Communications were prompt, and always friendly and professional.

Thank you Eric.

We loved Eric! Very thorough job & gave great advice. Explained everything in great detail to ensure all was understood. Honest, cannot stress that enough! Very inviting personality. Recommend him 100% to anyone who would ever need a reference for a home inspection company. Can’t beat his prices for the service he provides.

Eric is professional, responsive to communication, and understands home construction and code requirements. His reports and follow up are fantastic and are very helpful. Added to this is that he is just a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him without hesitation.

Fine Point is exactly what we needed. We had Ryan do our inspection and he was exactly what we needed. He was very thorough and informative on every single thing he was doing.

Eric and his team were very thorough with my home inspection. Since I wasn't able to be there during the inspection, Eric called me and patiently went over all the details of the report. I was able to ask questions and have a pleasant conversation concerning the findings of my new home. I would highly recommend them!

I did the new house inspection with Mr. Eric. He's super professional and thorough, really on top of everything. His reports are amazing, and he uses all the best new tech. He was great about looking into all my concerns, too. And he definitely affordable price range. Would highly recommend him in tri-state area.

Eric was incredible from start to finish. He treated me exactly how I wanted to be treated - as a first time home buyer. He took time to explain everything to me and was extremely thorough during our walkthrough. The homebuying experience can be stressful and uncertain and Eric was one of the most comforting steps in this journey.

Eric did a great job. I would have given a 5 Star review but felt 500 was a little high.

Eric was wonderful to work with. Fairly priced, very thorough, and was even able to come back out last minute for an additional layer of inspection I didn’t add on initially. I am a first time homebuyer, and I would recommend Fine Point to aaaanyone. I was given so much peace of mind and great recommendations following the inspection, and I appreciate how he walked me through everything afterward! Highly, highly recommend.

Eric was great! Very thorough and I learned a lot from the inspection process! He was always willing to explain things and really made me feel comfortable about the house I was purchasing!

Eric was friendly, efficient, and very thorough. I felt confident in his abilities and would highly rec him!

Eric was fantastic! He communicated perfectly during the entire process and even included the field manager in the inspection. Thanks for your time, Eric!

I arrived five minutes after the appointed time and was very pleasantly surprised to find Eric had completed the exterior inspection that identified a one-year-old AC unit that was not installed with the correct solder, nor were the lines correctly insulated, and it was all positive after that. I would never have seen insulated windows that needed to be replaced, etc. His fee was probably the best investment I have ever made. The report, complete with photos, was easy to read and prioritize and was delivered the same day. He delivered all that a buyer could require, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I highly recommend Finepoint Home Inspection Company and specifically Eric for an outstanding home inspection experience. Eric demonstrated a deep understanding of construction and was incredibly thorough, identifying even the most technical and fine-level discrepancies that could have easily been missed.

What impressed me most was his commitment to ensuring nothing was overlooked. Eric was flexible with scheduling and went above and beyond by staying extra hours to complete a detailed inspection without rushing any part of the process.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to explain findings clearly gave me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. I truly appreciate the care and dedication Eric brought to the inspection and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch home inspector

Eric was absolutely great! He was able to make time for us quickly, and explained things well. He also found a number of necessary repairs that we were able to get the seller to fix prior to closing, saving us a good deal of money. I highly recommend!

Eric is awesome at what he does. I required urgent inspection and he went beyond his usual schedule to squeeze me in. He delivered everything in an easy to understand, professional way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection.

Thorough and Thoughtful. Great experience with Eric! He also gave me good recommendations for anything that needs to be fixed. Which is greatly appreciated. Would use again.

Our inspector, Eric was very professional and knowledge. We only needed him for a Septic Inspection. My wife and I have never lived with a Septic before and asked Eric if we could bother him for a lesson and tips on owning a septic. He took the time (even though it was a very hot day out) to walk us through his inspection and to teach us the workings of the system and what maintenance measure we would be expected to take down the road. We were very happy with his service and we would reach out to him again should we need a whole house and septic inspection in the future.
