Eric was incredible from start to finish. He treated me exactly how I wanted to be treated - as a first time home buyer. He took time to explain everything to me and was extremely thorough during our walkthrough. The homebuying experience can be stressful and uncertain and Eric was one of the most comforting steps in this journey.

Eric did a great job. I would have given a 5 Star review but felt 500 was a little high.

I arrived five minutes after the appointed time and was very pleasantly surprised to find Eric had completed the exterior inspection that identified a one-year-old AC unit that was not installed with the correct solder, nor were the lines correctly insulated, and it was all positive after that. I would never have seen insulated windows that needed to be replaced, etc. His fee was probably the best investment I have ever made. The report, complete with photos, was easy to read and prioritize and was delivered the same day. He delivered all that a buyer could require, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Our inspector, Eric was very professional and knowledge. We only needed him for a Septic Inspection. My wife and I have never lived with a Septic before and asked Eric if we could bother him for a lesson and tips on owning a septic. He took the time (even though it was a very hot day out) to walk us through his inspection and to teach us the workings of the system and what maintenance measure we would be expected to take down the road. We were very happy with his service and we would reach out to him again should we need a whole house and septic inspection in the future.
