Fine Point was awesome to work with! Eric answered the phone when I called and was very responsive throughout scheduling and getting the inspection completed. He patiently answered all of my questions during the inspection and provide a comprehensive report the same day. Excellent customer service!!!

Eric inspected the partial crawl-space, the basement, first floor, attic and roof! Just watching his agility and flexibility in the crawl-space left me in awe. 😂 He thoroughly covered the entire house, top to bottom, and documented everything completely. He was there a good length of time and didn’t miss a single thing. He was almost finished when I arrived and he took me through it all and explained everything in layman’s terms. His inspection report was extensive and detailed and filled with precise photos for the information he was conveying at the time.
Eric is kind and professional. I really feel like I could just keep going and going here, 😂 but may it suffice to say: Eric is the best inspector yet! Do yourself a favor and get Fine Point Inspections to do your property inspection!

I arrived five minutes after the appointed time and was very pleasantly surprised to find Eric had completed the exterior inspection that identified a one-year-old AC unit that was not installed with the correct solder, nor were the lines correctly insulated, and it was all positive after that. I would never have seen insulated windows that needed to be replaced, etc. His fee was probably the best investment I have ever made. The report, complete with photos, was easy to read and prioritize and was delivered the same day. He delivered all that a buyer could require, and I would recommend his services to anyone.
