We used Rainbow International’s services when we had a house fire. They cleaned all of our furniture and just about everything in our house. I dealt with Jenny mostly, and she was amazing! This was such a hard time and she made us feel at ease the entire time. She was professional, she responded to my texts and calls quickly, and she handled every request I had and made it happen as quickly as she could. I would recommend her to anyone! I was worried about our items getting lost or damaged but she returned everything in better condition than when she took them. I would like to thank Jenny, Jason, and the entire team for the awesome work they did for us. Thank you so much!!

Tasha, was excellent in advising and providing consultation with us concerning potential mold.. We had a concern with mold and was she was willing to discuss in detail our issues concerns and even provided some minor solutions to them. Very informative and seemed very learned on the subject. I would call Tasha again.

Was at my home within an hour and 1/2 of my call. Very efficient with extracting water and sewage from my basement. Jordan was very good with keeping me informed each day as to when they would arrive. They were very considerate while in my home. Jordan and Will did an excellent job as well as all those whom assisted.

Very kind and polite staff, great at explaining what they were doing and why. Frequent returns to check progress, move dryers etc.

Cold Spring Rainbow Restoration is the best service provider I've ever witnessed!! Not too long ago they took care of my neighbor's water damage and other items and he's like a father to me and the guys were kind and funny and very hard working and treated my pops incredibly well. There were several great guys throughout...It's been hard for us both and to have that level of service after an unexpected emergency was pleasantly unexpected. And to top it off what our insurance didn't explain they did and very well. Thank you so much... take it from our experience if you're looking for Restoration go no further!! Rainbow is the best!!!!

They came out quickly, even on a Sunday evening, tore out everything that was damaged, cleaned up all the mess, and all the remained professional as well as fun to work with. Answered a myriad of questions with good humor and good information. Really a great team to work with from start to finish - highly recommended!

This company helped us after a fire in the basement and I highly recommend them for restoration services. They are very thorough and your home will be very clean of soot, etc. They are pleasant as they come into your home day after day and are as accommodating as needed in working with you. They want your home to be back to normal and in fact, our home is cleaner than it ever was now that they have done the work. For us to wash walls and ceilings is a no-go and we have high ceilings in the foyer & bedroom. They had no problem with that and got it done. They are also trustworthy and handle your belongings carefully. They have integrity in their dealings with you and are sensitive to how you want things handled. A fire is very upsetting to your daily life and they do their best to clean up and help you negotiate getting back to normal. I would use this company anytime. We thank them for what they have done.

Rainbow Restoration of Cincinnati assisted me with salvaging the contents of my home after a major devastation. It was a long and arduous process from cleaning, organizing, and attempting to save as much as possible of my personal belongings. All employees were extremely helpful and considerate.

Everything was carefully packed in boxes, and protected by a lot of padding. Items were wrapped with paper or bubble wrap, to prevent any further damage to personal contents .

I was missing many sentimental items where by Danny used a metal detector. It was tedious work, sifting through a mountain of debris!

Rob, the owner of Rainbow Restoration, personally came to my home to set up an irreplaceable, large, wood and glass collectors furniture piece. Rob and Taylor transported it and put it together with extreme care, bringing it to its original perfect condition. That was truly impressive outstanding service!

Rainbow did an amazing job on drying out my basement. The employees were friendly and prompt. They made the insurance claim easier. They efficiently cleaned up and removed anything destroyed by our flooded basement. The manager was also great!

The entire staff at Rainbow is excellent! The 2 ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. Travis and Tyler came to our house to direct the crew and they were cordial, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. We awoke to a flooded basement on day. Called a plumber who recommended Rainbow Restoration to help. Two nice guys came out first walked me through their process. Within no time two additional guys showed up. They cleaned up the water, wet dry wall and carpet. They left very large fan and treated the area to prevent mold. Highly recommend this company. They made a bad day better.
