They are very Professional and on time. They are one of the few companies I was able to find in the Tri-state that didn't try to price gouge me and come up with useless fees and prices. Will definitely be doing business again with them!

Made an onsite visit. Explained how they would fix everything. No follow up for 2 weeks. When we tried to reach them we left 2 messages, finally reached the owner, said we will get right back to you....still waiting....2 weeks and still waiting. Moving on.

Seco was great to work with. They came out after our initial call within a reasonable amount of time and provided a great estimate. On the day they were scheduled to work, Chris was prompt (even earlier than we thought) and installed both a ceiling fan and utility light and checked some outlets in what seemed like a flash. Clean work space, professional, on time, and a good price. Would definitely work with them again!

had what i thought was a breaker box issue on a saturday called them and they were out to my home in less than 2 hours able to pin point my issue and fix it
not sure what we would of done over the weekend without electricity
they truly saved the day and the weekend
will be calling them again if and when i have another electrical issue -
Terrible experience. Had a main breaker fail and was basically gouged for $554 to simply kill the power and replace the breaker. Serious integrity issues obviously. Will never contact for service again. Cannot believe this guy is in business! DO NOT ADVISE SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Had them install 4 can lights and move a fixture in a plaster ceiling. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again.

These guys are good to do small works like fix fans , switches, vanity lights etc. but fixing a good big chandelier is not there forte. They are not intelligent electricians. They just want to finish somehow and leave.

Our house was struck by lightning. We spent almost 10,000 having this company address the electric ….This process was a nightmare and we dealt with a lot of contractors and a lot of companies . This is the most overpriced , insufficient and untrustworthy company I’ve dealt with in this whole process . They are horrible . Do yourself a favor and call some other places .

Outstanding work in all areas. Would highly recommend them to do work inside your home. Very professional.

They fixed all my light switches that were not working like they should after I bought my house. They were hear right away. They cleaned up and when coming in they covered their shoes not to bring mud in. Thank you Electric Masters

NO one could be better...starting with the Customer Service Agent that answer the phone, to the arrival of their Professional Service Tech that quickly identifies your electrical/other issues and corrects the problem...all at a reasonable/fair price.

Overpriced. After asking for pictures to estimate the cost of installing a window unit AC, for which the work was half way through, they gave me an estimation of $189. You can get this done with Amazon service for $110 with no headache.

Service was amazing! Jack the owner is an honest and upstanding businessman. What a great company.

Phenomenal work! The young man arrived ahead of schedule and did outstanding work! Took the time to answer all of my questions and the craftsmanship was above anything l could have ever expected. I will always call electric masters for any work l might need in the future!

They are looking to up charge DO NOT USE. Technician called to confirm appointment to change a dryer outlet from 3 Prong to 4 prong. I asked if the wire from the breaker to the outlet was not 4 wires can he bring a cord for to change the dryer plug. The technician started to lecture me on electrical engineering. I guess the manual from the company is wrong as it clearly shows you how to complete the wire swap.

First, I attempted to contact ElectricMasters via the submission form on their website. I never heard anything back.
After a couple of days, I called to make an appointment for about a week later. It was not until the morning of the appointment that I received a call to tell me that ElectricMasters does not do work in downtown Cincinnati. That is their right to decide, but by not being upfront about it, it cost me significant time and hassle in getting my electrical issue addressed. -
Phillip fixed our electrical issue in less than 20 minutes. While I am not found of the price (who would be), I appreciate the promptness and the recommendations made in pointing out concerns that will need to be addressed down the line. No complaints in my book!

I was very happy with the electrician, Jack D. He was very helpful on the phone and showed up as very professional. He took time to read my note as I could not speak. He also took a lot of effort by writing back with the answers I asked him. He also found what went wrong and fixed my issue. He did clean up afterwards. I would recommend this guy to anyone who need some electrical work.

Very great service! The techs were knowledgeable, professional and respectful of the property. Had a great and easy experience upgrading our historic home's electric service. We'll be sticking with Electric Masters from now on.
Thanks! -
When it comes to Electric Masters. I've had 2 electric panels installed and a ceiling fan remote control. They are definitely electric masters without a doubt. You won't go wrong, they are definitely my go to for any electric issues.

We recently purchased a new hot tub after our old one had gone out and needed an electrician to hook hot tub up to box. ElectricMasters was prompt in arriving and very thorough it making sure we met all the recommended specs that were provided by the manufacture and did a professional installation making sure I understood and saw exactly what was being done. The problem was that a couple months later we called to schedule an inspection because the hot tub kept tripping the breaker. On the appointment day the tech called my husband and kept asking him questions to diagnose it over the phone and my husband finally told the tech (who was the same person who did the original install) that he just needed the guy to show up and the tech told my husband he knew it was not the electric because he had ran it and knew it was good and did not work on hot tubs. Basically wasting my husbands day who had to miss part of his work day for the scheduled appt. We were able to get someone else out who ran a complete check from the hot tub to the boxes and diagnosed the problem as the breaker by the hot tub and said that during recent storms the were quite a few people who's breaker took the power surge as it is supposed to and needed to be replaced. Had the tech not been so arrogant and showed up to the appt. they scheduled and had already explained our situation to, the problem could have been resolved sooner and I would still be recommending this company to others as I had been doing after such a great install.
