My hot tub lost power and was a few hours away from freezing. I called about 10 different electricians and no one would help. Then my wife called electric masters and then sent someone in under an hour. Phillip was great and saved the day. He saved my hot tub and about $10k in damages!

The electrician showed up ahead of schedule (called and asked permission to do so). Very professional and polite. Explained the situation and gave a quote (reasonably priced) and completed the job quickly. Will use the company again. I will ask for Jack to be assigned the project. Highly recommended.

Job was estimated at one price, Garry tried to charge double upon (late)completion ($10,000.00 differencial). Owner very condescending and rude, doesn't listen and yells at his employees and home owner. Workers are stressed out.

After awarded the job took almost 6 months to actually start. Held up other operations from starting. Workers left to install in the dark and cold due to no electric. Didn't follow plans or owners requests. Failed electrical inspection had to come back 3x. Outlets are crooked and 3 are non functioning after only 1 year. Circuits blow constantly and some are missing entirely from panel. Didn't even label circuit box had to come back.

Cheap/thin fixtures are used and plugs are hard to insert. Fire alarm battery wore out within 3 weeks -old and outdated. Never installed a gas detector and I am on gas heat.
Many of their workers are young and inexperienced though well intending.Their main lead left a few years back and it's never been the same. DO NOT USE THEM> CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
All low reviews are sighting similar experiences -that should tell you something.

ElectricMasters, Inc. was great to work with. They responded to my request quickly, . The electrician who came out, Jack, called to check in before arrival, and then showed up right on time. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, and then completed the job efficiently. I will definitely be calling them again when I need electrical work done on my house.

I was very clear when I booked the appointment that I needed the work done right away and was pleased when we found a time that would fit my schedule. It's a quick/simple job. When the technician arrived he was super condescending. Then he said he couldn't do it then and wanted to schedule a time to come back. This technician had no respect for my time. We're doing major home renovations, and I've been working with A LOT of tradesmen, this guy was the first one I have marched to the door.
Update: As the guy was leaving he was telling me how I'd never find anyone to do the work sooner than weeks out. I found someone else that came out for a same day service and charged half of what this guy quoted me.

I was lucky enough to get someone out the same day I called. I was called ahead with the arrival time. He showed up in a company truck clearly marked that I would be certain it was someone from ElectricMasters. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly took care of what I had called for and made sure I understood all that he was explaining to me. I will be giving out his name and number to all my friends and will call him in the future for all my electrical needs. Thanks again Jack.

Jack took my call at 11pm and gave me free advice, and then Kyle was able to help me the next morning after reaching out back to Jack within the hour, Kyle was nothing but professional and personally, would choice their services again in a heartbeat!

Quote explained very well, so I felt more confident about using this company. Then they showed up early for the appointment and had it done in half the time expected. Works exactly as promised and no problems since then. I highly recommend this company for good quality electrical work.

We had a dinning room light go out, and couldn't figure out why. A multimeter was reading only 90 volts at the switches. When I described the issue to the contact at ElectricMasters they already had a hunch it was for a lost neutral. They were able to schedule an inspection that suited my timeframe. When Dave arrived he was very professional, discussed the possibilities on what the issue was, and sociable. It didn't take Dave long to confirm that the issue was a lost negative, quickly found where the issue was, and went the distance to make sure that the switches were repaired and fully functioning. I wouldn't have been able to locate where the issue was because it wasn't where you think it would have been. If I ever need future assistance with home electrical needs, I plan on calling ElectricMasters and asking for Dave!

Hired them to review our house electrical system last year since we had a problem with a circuit. Was VERY VERY happy with their 2 person crew and the price we paid.

So when we bought a whole house surge protector, I automatically called them for professional installation. Their estimate was exorbitant, in my opinion, about $400 an hour, according to others' time estimates. Person who called to explain said price included a "finders fee", yet there was no 'finder', only myself. And they sure didn't offer the fee to me.

I was very impressed with their professtional manner and the speed with which they finished their job. It was well achieved and satisfactory. They did not charge an arm and a leg either. A job well done! Thank you.

I contracted this company to reattach a power line. As it turned out they only installed a new insulator and told me that the power company needed to reattach the line. It took them about 20 minutes plus the cost of the insulator (which the power company told me probably cost $30) and charged me $360 to screw in the new insulator. My request for a detailed invoice to clarify the charges was ignored twice.

Hired several times now for new house work and for repairs/ upgrades on old house work. Each time my clients and I were very pleased with the work, knowledge, price, and quickness they were in and out. They are professional and make sure they keep the job site clean. I will continue to use them as they keep my clients happy and in return makes my job easier being able to rely on quality work.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Reviewed the entire job with me before they started, cleaned up after they were complete. We ended up not doing a couple of things that were on the original quote, the invoice already had those items removed, no questions asked or attempt to up sell.
Very happy to find a professional service company that treats their customers well.

John and Nehemiah came to replace 2 light fixtures and replaced bulbs in troublesome kitchen fixture! They were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

A breaker kept tripping at my house so I had ElectricMasters take a look at it. I got an appointment for a specific time (11am instead of 8 to 12), and the service electrician (Jack) showed up right on time. He assessed the issue, confirmed what was working and what was not, fixed the problem in short order, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Jack is a consummate professional and I can highly recommend him and ElectricMasters, Inc. based on my experience. If I ever need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call them again.

Had a great experience working with Dave. We were having issues with dead outlets and he was able to diagnose, find, and repair the problems quickly and professionally. Estimates were clear, reasonable, and accurate. Everything was professional and top notch.

I used Electricmasters to complete all the electrical installations at our new Micro Roastery in Cincinnati. This included running multiple high voltage lines, outfitting the main coffee shop bar connections, replacing multiple lighting ceiling fixtures and outlets, and upgrading the master panel for the building. The work done was absolutely great! Jack and his team were extremely responsive and made the readiness for the facility very easy from an electrical upgrades point of view.
