The timely interactions with JW Landscaping was impressive, from scheduling to completing the lawn care service, they showed great attention to detail and following through on their commitments. The landscapers did an excellent job with the grass mowing, trimming of bushes, cleaning the flower beds and mulching. Looks great.

However, they came on a Monday to mow and weed eat, but did not do the bed clearing and mulching the same day. When I asked the lead person when they would return to complete the job, he didn’t give me an answer. So I waited patiently and finally called Jansen, the owner, the following Wednesday to see when the job would be completed. He told me his operations manager was in the field and he would respond with a date and time after their conversation. Unfortunately, Jansen never returned my call. I could only assume they would be back that following Monday.

The team showed up the following Monday and did a great job with clearing the flowerbeds, edging them, and placing new mulch. They did not knock on my door for a final walkthrough and acceptance of their work, as stated they would by the owner. Had they knocked on the door, I would have asked them to blow off my low lying window sills and close my back gate. They did a great job and my leased property looks so much better. It was neglected for about a month. Thanks for the hard work fellas!!

Only real disappointment I have is, I was offered and accepted and 10% discount and first mow free. However, taxes were not included in my quote, which I missed. After realizing my autopay was released for more than my agreement, I realized JW Landscaping charged me 10% tax, which nullified the 10% discount when agreed to terms and contract signature.

My overall feedback is, the field workers did an excellent job and I have no issue recommending their work.
My feedback to the owner, be more open with your clients at estimating time to make sure they understand exactly what they are signing up to and the cost they should expect. Clear and clarifying conversation and instructions.

Most important thing in this service is consistency. Consistency in the quality of care, consistencyIn the same person cutting the grass each time, and Consistency in Doing it every week or cycle. JW has been that for me this season. Nice work.

I could not recommend JW Landscaping enough! They are very professional and do a great job with mowing my lawn weekly. One of my biggest surprises with this company is that they send weekly newsletters to communicate the schedule as well as keep you updated with weather and how it may affect the days he mows. He also has a website you can track when they are scheduled to mow as well as all your invoices! Any time i have had questions or concerns he has addressed them immediately and made sure to communicate with his crew!! Highly recommended them for all lawn care needs!

I had contacted you on 1/5/26 about coming to my home to look at a landscaping job I had and to get a quote. You told me you would be available on 1/8/26 at 12 pm. I did not hear from you so I called at 1216 pm to see if you were on your way. You did not answer the phone, nor did you call me back or show up for the appointment
