I had this company cut my lawn all last year. The owner was responsive at first and service was pretty good. However as time went on that changed, no communication. This season I had to reach out to them regarding service and the owner informed me they would be out the following week. When no one showed up, I again reached out via text and voice message no response. So, I tried one last time to only be told by the owner they changed their schedule and would no longer be cutting my grass or others in my area.
No notices at all; leaving me in a position to scramble and find another service in the height of grass cutting season. I requested the owner to cut my grass one last time as scheduled two weeks prior. The owner did not acknowledge my request; no call, no text, no apology.
Very sad and unprofessional way to run a business.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone!

Not recommended. Service issues. Communication problems. Lack of quality installation. The company is clearly understaffed to deal with the Dayton market.

Double billed at end of last season. After 6 phone calls (for this season) and waiting 15 days my grass was still not cut. They are not ready for the Dayton market.

Would not recommend. You have to sign a contract and leave a card on file. You can’t talk to a human they have an AI service that gives you the run around. On my third scheduled mow, they missed the scheduled mow date. When I tried to contact them to see if they were going to mow I tried calling emailing texting no response. They did mow two days later making it my third mow. I then emailed to cancel my contract because you can’t get a hold of a real person. I got a text message acknowledging my cancellation. Friday I received a text thanking me for my 220.00 payment. They only mowed my yard 3 times the contract is for 50.00 a week 200.00 a month.. I tried to text to see why I was being charge 220.00 when they only mowed 3 times annd why was it 20.00 dollars over the agreed contract. No response as of yet and I can’t delete my card that’s on file. In the thank you for your payment text they wanted a review … so this is my honest review. If you want to be scammed feel free to hire them. As a single mom, I can’t afford to throw money away and I don’t like being taken advantage of!

Experience was terrible! Scheduled an estimate. Guy who said he was the owner came out and walked around our house with us as we explained all of the landscaping we wanted. It was going to be a big job for them. Something worth their time. He said he had a designer that he would sit down with to give us ideas and options. We asked him how he was going to remember everything we wanted because he took no notes and he said he could remember it and would take a lot of pictures once we finished walking around.

When we finished explaining what we wanted we walked inside our house to see him drive away a few minutes later without taking any notes or pictures.

After a few days waiting on a quote we called and spoke to a lady that said he would get us our estimate by the next morning.

Nothing. We have called a few more times leaving messages asking for the quote and still aren’t getting a response.

Wondering why the company wastes their time and potential customers time? I’d recommend closing up shop based on reviews I just read and how the company clearly isn’t actually interested in doing landscaping work.

They show up every week on time. Chris and team are really dedicated to making sure our yard looks fabulous every time!

Never heard back from 4 emails sent and one voice mail. Appointment day Never met according to web site. In short I paid 247.50 for a one time mowing of back yard only.

It made my life so much easier, with Jantzen taking care of the yardwork.
