Very unprofessional and subpar work. The lady came 30 minutes late and rushed though the rooms, after she left I noticed she didn’t clean the bathtub, the cabinet doors, or oven door. And she damaged two of my plants. Also there was a ton of tiny white fluffy stuff ALL over the rooms she cleaned. I m guessing she used a crappy white towel to dry things and it shed everywhere. I had to re do all the rooms myself and vacuum up all the white crap. I paid more for a deep clean, but this was worse than any surface clean I’ve previously paid for. Before leaving a negative review, I contacted the office to rectify the situation. All the sudden it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody no responses. No one’s picking up. No one is emailing back. Its very rare that I leave a one star review, but this is a time where it’s well deserved..

Wonderful greenhouse of indoor and outdoor plants. Can find some very cool cultivars of trees for this area as well. Nursery stock is very good and well cared for.

Tony is the man. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Will go again and would highly recommend to others. Shop here instead of the big box stores, better for the community and the growers.

Jackson Florist, Dawn, took care of every single detail of my daughter’s Wedding Flowers. The flower we absolutely gorgeous and fragrant and so fresh that I’m still enjoying them a week later in my home!

We go here for all out garden plants every spring. They always have the best selection. They recently were closed to a severe flood event. They are fighting back. I stopped in to get a surprise for my wife and support a local business.

Their garden plants may cost more than Walmart or Home Depot but I get my starter plants there cause they produce the best vegetables. The ones you buy else where can't compare

Jackson is my favorite place to shop for plants. Wide variety and healthy. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Also do beautiful funeral arrangements.

My favorite locally owned place for indoor and outdoor plants. Great selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is my fourth spring shopping at Jackson and am still impressed with the selection, courteous staff, and overall health of the plants.

Sept 13, 2024. The flower & garden shoppe is just beautiful. I think I will describe it as an eloquent spookiness. The Fall and Halloween 👻🎃 decorations are a pure delight.

Jackson’s is our year-round go-to garden center! They carry beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs during the growing season, exceptional decor for the various holiday seasons, and beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, funerals and special occasions. This family owned and operated garden center is a real gem!

Best Nursery in Kenton County on selection and sturdy plants, trees. Expect to pay premium price when you are getting premium product. They also make the best cut flower arrangements. You never have to wonder about sending from Jackson. The arrangements I have sent last a week.

Scooped up some mums and cool decorations from Jckson's today. They have a fabulous selection, so jump in your car or hop on your bike and go check them out.

I've ordered flowers online several times with wonderful results. A couple of times the arrangement didn't seem quite as big as the pictures online, but they've never hesitated to add what was needed to make it perfect for me. I'll never go anywhere else!

Nice shop, wish they carried pine straw mulch, but otherwise a super handy place for seed and such as well as floral arrangements. Local business and seems family run (unconfirmed - but it just gives you that home town caring feel from staff).
