Fite Cleaning has done a great job of cleaning our office area of 36,000 sq. ft. while our in house cleaning personnel were not available. I would highly recommend their services. They are prompt, well staffed, professional, and trustworthy.

DO NOT USE THEM. So I allowed them to use some of my cleaning supplies. I had 3 huge boxes of magic erasers totaling $45 and mop cleaner that was $10 and somehow these items disappeared right after they cleaned for me the very last time. Nowhere else they could've gone. They are also on a time window to where you only get so many hours for what you pay for. Now we have had a lot of companies clean for us in the past and for what I paid them, we have had others clean until the job is done for that price. Just too pricey and the owner Brittany is very unprofessional. When I called her and texted her multiple times about the issue of missing items. she never got back to me. Very disappointed.

Edit per the owner's reply: They do clean residential houses. That isn't true at all. They told me that. I did tell them about the basement. Told them the full square footage so that is another lie but I am not surprised by this. I definitely did not take advantage of the cleaners at all. In fact, I value the cleaners. It is the company I don't. The cleaner I talked to about cleaning for me without Fite involved had nothing binding her to Fite alone and so neither of us did anything wrong. I am definitely not upset they won't clean for me anymore. I don't need the company nor do I want them. I only wanted 1 of their cleaners because she by herself is an incredible cleaner as well as a human being. I am also happy to provide screen shots to anyone who needs it. This owner is the issue, not her employees. Oh...and another thing. I am not trying to ruin their company. I believe in honesty and this owner is full of lies and is shady. Again, her employees aren't the problem. People deserve to know what they're getting themselves into before paying for services.

Well several things were done well like cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were some things that were neglected for instance upstairs the picture frames were not dusted on the top and there was visible dust there. The furniture in the family room was not moved to dust or vacuum underneath it which was a problem because we are having the house showings this weekend to sell the house. There were several other things that were not right but there were also very good pieces and one of them was the cleaning of the basement. Overall this was an average deep cleaning I expected. I would be hard-pressed to hire these folks again to do a deep cleaning on my house.
