I caught the 50% off sale, so price was great. Chris, tech that provided services (wood floors and upholstery), was professional and did a nice job. Communication with office was spotty and I was not provided any information on what I needed to do to prepare for cleaning. I called twice to before finally getting information. I wasn’t offered a sealant for floors, and wasn’t told ahead of time how long I would need to be off floor or furniture. Had two area rugs taken to be cleaned before hand, and return centered more around the availability of delivery staff. Overall, a very mediocre customer experience.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!

To be clear, every person I spoke to/worked with at Coit was great. My issue is with the service itself. Its terrible. I sent 4 rugs to be cleaned and they look terrible. It honestly looks like they took the rugs from my house stuck their tags in them and put them in plastic bags and just let them sit in the van for 10 days. They dont look like they’ve been cleaned one bit. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Complete waste of $379 on my part.

Great experience all around. From the online order intake to cleaning - couldn’t have been easier. Easy to schedule - they were out when they said they would be. Nate, the service technician, was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job. The next time I need cleaning help COIT will be my first and only call.

The service person was very professional, friendly and efficient. I don’t remember his name but it began with a C and he’s been with the company a long time. (14 years)

Very pleased with the service and price! We’ll be hiring them again for a spring cleaning. Probably do the whole house including furniture. We would blown away. They were able to get out cat urine on our couch after I tried everything.

I received the tile and grout cleaning in my bathroom, and I was a little taken aback that this service required the front door on a hot day to be open for the hose that was attached to the truck. The serviceman was polite and timely, however I didnt see a drastic observable difference in my before and after. Some spots closer to my air vent were an improvement, but I think I just had higher expectations to be able to see a difference. Maybe my grout initially wasn't as unsightly as I thought.

Always have wonderful experiences with Coit, always very attentive with what they are working on. We were paired up with TJ for pick up and delivery this time and he was awesome! Very sweet and knowledgeable, answered all our questions! We will continue to come back to Coit!

Wonderful job. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpeting, but they’ve got all of the stains from construction out.

Prompt, courteous and very thorough. A shout out to Nate who did an outstanding job for us. Was a bit nervous at first as our other cleaner that we loved at Coit is no longer cleaning, so having someone new can be a challenge. We were not disappointed and will request him again for future cleanings.

We get our area rugs cleaned by Coit once a year. The rugs always are beautiful; the service is prompt and courteous.

Had black grease on my new light beige carpet from the bottom of the washing machine. Another company said they probably couldn't remove it all. Mike from Coit came and wasn't at all concerned about the grease stains. The gentleman that came to do the work wasn't concerned either. Very quickly my carpet was new again with no stain left at all. I'll definitely call them when my carpet needs to be cleaned all over and will refer them as well. Thank you!!

Excellent service from the initial call to estimate to cleaning. Brock was personable and professional , efficient , and careful. He was able to remove stains that I thought were permanent!

I had an amazing experience with COIT Cincinnati thanks to Sam! He did an incredible job cleaning my carpets — fast, thorough, and professional. He even went above and beyond by moving some furniture to reach tough spots and helping me change out an air duct filter. Sam was friendly, on time (even though he came all the way from Louisville!), and left me with helpful estimates for other services I hadn’t even considered before. I truly appreciate the extra effort and care he put into the job. If you need carpet cleaning or any other service, ask for Sam — you won’t be disappointed!

I really appreciate the prompt attention and care to my upholstery cleaning service from Coit. I called the local number and was able to get my furniture cleaned within the week. While I was happy with the ease of the appointment, I was even happier with the professionalism and friendly service from Brock Isaac. He patiently explained the cleaning process and answered my questions about it as he cleaned. He took great care with my chairs and the fabric which was my concern. I highly recommend him and hope he will return for other needs.

I would highly recommend this cleaning service! The staff are so friendly and they absolutely honor their contracts. I had a wool rug with some really tough stains (I have 3 large dogs) and after two cleaning attempt's it’s in perfect condition! I will absolutely be hiring them again for all my cleaning needs!
