A great contractor to not get involved with. Scheduling and communication are poor at best. After scheduling two rental properties, each property had to be rescheduled multiple times. Additionally, after receiving a quote, I was informed that the price was in fact going to be double the original amount. From one contractor to another, this outfit is a joke.

I had a fantastic experience with Cincinnati Gutter Boys, also known as Cincy Gutter Boys! George, Adam, and Brandon were incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time and installed new gutters promptly. The quality of their work was top-notch, with clean and precise installation. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, ensuring no debris was left behind. Throughout the day, they adhered to strict safety protocols, which was reassuring. I highly recommend Cincinnati Gutter Boys for their professionalism, attention to detail in installation, and dedication to safety!

Wasted my time by telling me they would be able to service my gutters on a certain date. Weather was fine but they showed up three days late. Then their technician tells me there’s wiring outside my house that needs repair. I had Duke Energy out to do the work, and they said that’s just the way the wiring is. But if we need to turn off the power to the home, they can do that. I call Gutter Boys to ask them to coordinate with Duke if the power needs to be turned off, and they tell me they just can’t do the work at all. They claim my wiring is in a place that makes it impossible. Even though I’ve had my gutters cleaned before. They were a waste of time, and the $199 price felt high to begin with. Shine is coming out to help me instead.

BAD COMPANY, invest in gutter guards instead!

Did a poor job cleaning the gutters last year around the holidays during a time when I was traveling and the family had a COVID situation. Once I returned and finally called them, they said it was a week past the "deadline" to complain. Refused to provide a partial refund or even a discounted future cleaning. Bought gutter covers from All American Gutter Protection so I never need to use this company again (see pic).

UPDATE: I didn't seek to write this review. Even AFTER UNSUBSCRIBING months ago, they sent an automated email for a Google Review, so I clicked on the link... To be clear, the actual people who do the job are hard working, the problem is the owner. They tell you the week of the cleaning which day they will show up and that was a day I was out of town. The leaves were there the weekend that I got home, not 5 weeks later. There is no way to contact them except a phone call during business hours, which means people who have a busy job are out of luck. I was traveling a lot and this was over the holidays, making it hard to respond immediately. FWIW, I used them the prior year (when I was home), the work was fine, and I paid them. The owner could have easily made this right and instead forced his staff to threaten me with collections. He is upset that I didn't cave in to his demands to pay for substandard work. Now that the owner has tried to defame me, you decide if you want to do business with him.

Was looking to get my gutters cleaned and had seen the past good reviews so gave them a call. When I got on the phone with them the whole process was rushed, feeling like high pressure sales situation. I finally get things set up but they wouldn't schedule an actual date due to "weather" which seemed odd as this didn't seem normal. Come to find out through some digging into the reviews that this is a local company that has been bought out and recently has been awful to work with. Luckily I cancelled but was shamed and pressured to stay by the guy on the phone...not a great experience

The downspouts and gutters were not cleaned as contracted. (They skipped 3 gutters and downspouts.). I received a full bill, despite the work not being completed.
1 hour after they left, I contacted the service technician, Scott. He wanted photos. I sent them. I was told they would “look into it.”
1 week later I called the manager at Cincy gutter boys. I was told they would send someone back out later this week.
Although several were offered, no valid excuse was given for the technician skipping the job.
Although, I have used them 4 other times. I will not be using them again.

Gutters are still leaking after multiple visits and they won't stand behind their work and do the repair properly. 3 years and $7000 later and we STILL have leaking into the house in the exact same place. All of the issues with reliability and scheduling problems people mention are definitely what we experienced too. Definitely go with someone more reliable that stands behind their work.

UPDATE: After sending the videos to their claims team, I got a call that they wanted to figure out a solution. They refunded me for the work that was not performed and informed me that internal action was taken against the worker who provided false information. I’m glad they eventually wanted to find a way to resolve the issue. It’s a bummer it took so much arguing to get here, but at least they tried to support their staff, which isn’t a bad thing. Changing from one to three stars since they came around and fixed the erroneous information. Not making it higher since it took so long to resolve.

PRIOR REVIEW:
Wildly dishonest. The worker told me that the drain did not need to be snaked. I was later charged $250 for the snaking. When I called to correct the error they said they checked with the workers and the workers said the snaking WAS performed. I told them about the detailed conversation that had with the workers. They insisted they could not refund me. I got off the phone and watched the entire service on my security camera. No snaking was performed. I called back to tell them this and they said they would “take it to management.” That was Sept 5th. Now it’s Sept 14th and I’ve not heard anything back. I will try emailing again and then will dispute with my credit card company and report to BBB if I cannot resolve the issue. This company has serviced my house before and came to clean the gutters while I wasn’t home. I now question if they really even do work when they come. Happy I was home this time.

Cincy Gutters Boys did an amazing job with my project. Nearly all of the gutters on the house were in extremely bad shape and they came in and took care of the entire project in an extremely quick and efficient manner. Despite the size of the job, they kept everything clean and kept me informed as they worked through the job. They even managed to find matching clay tile shingles to replace ones that were missing from the dormer of the house. Top quality work and I would recommend them to anyone!

$200, sent a whole crew out to clean my gutters, messed around out here for an hour, half finished the job, then left. A nice local guy finished the other half for free in 20 minutes with his buddy. Never again will I call this company.

I cannot recommend Cincy Gutter Boys enough. Incredibly fair prices, great work, super communicative and friendly - we had Brandon, Austin, and Ryan tackling our project here and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nevermind the obvious need for a fresh coat of paint - the work they did for the gutters on both sides of the house, our front porch downspouts, and soffit repair is excellent. Our thanks to the Gutter Boys and Brandon, Austin, and Ryan for a hell of a job well done.

I feel that the work itself is good and the price is good. However, my biggest complaint is how long it takes to get the work done and no one at the company seems to be on the same page. They installed a new gutter, facia, and soffit in the front of our house about 6 weeks past their estimate of when it would get done. When we paid to have the same work done on the back, we were told the lead time was 2 weeks. They finally showed up 7 weeks later after I started calling and asking about it. They replaced only the gutter, not the soffit or the fascia. When we called about the work not being finished, the man we spoke to said “We’ve never done soffit.” We’ve been told someone will give us a call back on 3 separate occasions but have yet to receive a return phone call.

Again, I felt that the work itself was good but I would not recommend for anyone in need of work done quickly.

Adding this part to my review since I can’t reply directly to the owner’s response: The account is not under this email. As stated, we’ve called several times and have not received a call back from even one person we spoke with.

Two COIT door to door salesmen came to my home this morning unsolicited. I have no history with this company but, if I ever need carpet cleaning in the future I’ll contact Stanley Steemer or Zerorez since they’ve never felt the need to harass me out of the blue.

It was ok, we tried calling "before" cleaning started, actually moments after the rug was picked up and no one answered or returned the call so they cleaned the rug anyway and the price for cleaning was way too much but we paid it anyway. Never again. The area rug was brand new...still rolled up, our dog took a whiz on 1 end of the roll and the price they charged us was enough to buy a new Persian rug...seriously.

The two young men that did the vent cleaning were friendly, efficient and acted professionally! I had no way of checking the vents but they do seem to be a lot cleaner! There seems to be less dust! The gentleman that returned the drapes was Cheerful, Spunky, Professional and it was Apparent, he loved his job! He unbundled and rehung everything very energetically! When the gentleman came to fix a loud rattle that developed in one of the vents, Larry came to check that out! He too was very Friendly, Efficient and Professional! The first go round did not correct the issue. He returned checked out the vent and knew exactly what needed to be done! On his recent return, he repaired the vent and thus far the loud rattle has been eliminated! He too took pride in his work and in the representation he gave to his company! I would definitely refer Coit to all of my Family and Friends!!

I only had a small job but the entire crew was amazing. Very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. Very professional. I will use Coit in the future for sure!

After years of dealing with dusty furniture I decided to call Coit. Our house was so bad that we could write our name on the table after a day or two. A week after Coit cleaned the ductwork there wasn't any dust. Couldn't believe it. I would definitely recommend Coit for cleaning ductwork not to mention the price for cleaning was very reasonable.

Ian and Nate were great. Explained the steps as they went. They were very thorough. My laminate never looked better!

We had excellent service in getting our wool runners cleaned. Fast, efficient, and most importantly friendly service. We highly recommend them!
