White Couch with a lot of black marks from tapering and storage. Some spots that looked like mold. The guys were working hard and got most of it out but not the mold spots.
Interestingly enough they came out with Shout and in the washing machine.
Overall I paid over 300 for for the sectional and I think it was worth it. I wish the mold spots would have come out, that was important to me but I guess I do that myself.

Gerald & his helper showed up early... called ahead to confirm. I had neighbors that complimented them about how professional and yet very warm they were in the hallways... my neighbors were thankful to them for being so considerate of where they placed the hoses in the hallway so no one would trip etc. I just can't say enough about how pleasant & thoughtful these 2 guys were! As far as the work they did! WOW! That's the word that comes to mind! There was such an obvious difference in the before & after, I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. The tile looked brand new. The carpet had its original color back, and the linoleum downstairs looked like it had just been laid! I would recommend COIT.. and especially these 2 workers for ANY JOB YOU HAVE! I know I will be calling them again for any cleaning job I've got! EXCELLENT barely describes the job they did!

Mike did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He called in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He was fast, efficient, extremely professional. He left an itemized bill, so I knew exactly what I was paying for before he started and the price was much better than what I have been charged by previous carpet cleaners. After he was done, he asked me to walk through to ensure I was satisfied with his services. He even went above and beyond by giving me recommendations on how to spot clean my carpets between professional cleanings, as well as certain products to purchase to lengthen the life of my carpets. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a younger female homeowner. He even called me after he left to inform me that he accidently charged me for a service fee that was already included in the 40% special I had paid for, and proceeded to tell me the correct price that would be charged to my card. Most other companies would have not blinked an eye at overcharging a customer! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and Mike was the epitome of hard work, professionalism, expertise, and what it means to go above and beyond! I have dealt with other carpet cleaning companies in the past. But now I am a lifelong Coit customer and will ask for Mike until he decides to retire!

Booked to have an area rug deep cleaned in the Cincinnati area and Ian Jackson was super professional, timely and made the entire process seamless. He took a look at my area rug and assessed the best treatments and options that he recommended I take. I came in expecting a basic area rug cleaning but after his inspection, he recommended that I do a deep clean off-site and I was hesitant at first (due to the increased price) BUT i'm sooo glad I went with that option. Took about a week to complete but my area rug looks brand new. A+ service from Ian and COIT. Would highly recommend!

Efficient but not quite up to expectations. Techs were very professional and thorough but ultimately the results were a bit disappointing. Dust left in ducts and less then complete furniture cleaning.

Our cleaner was John. He called me early morning then again later to give me an update on his arrival time. I appreciated that. He worked fast, efficiently and appeared to do a good job. Carpet and upholstery look great and the room smells fresh. I was very pleased with the service.

We are very pleased with the work performed on our travertine stone sidewalk and porch. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely consider COIT for future cleaning projects.

We have two large area rugs that are exactly alike. Last year we had another well-known company, starting with a T, clean them both.
One came back well done and the other one was horrible. I went with Coit this year and only had the one rug that looked so bad cleaned and it came back beautiful. I'm always going to use Coit.
We had a small issue with delivery, but again they stepped right up and made it right. I think you'll be very satisfied if you go with Coit.

The gentleman where very professional and really did a great job in most if the areas.The steps were a problem because I have a starlit chair so it was harder for then to get the stairs as good as they wanted. My only problem is I think my price was too high for what they had to do. Other than that pricing I was well pleased with the job they did. The clean up after the service was great too. They were very polite said thank you for having us out from coit .I thought that was really nice of them. They said to call coit if I needed any other services.

New to Cincinnati after using Coit in different US cities, I was shocked by my experience. Coit came to my condo to clean a very expensive area rug and ruined it. I had this same rug cleaned by Coit in Houston, the most humid city in the country and never had a problem. Coit cleaned my carpet in Sept '24 and in Oct '24, with warmer temperatures, the rug buckled in several places. I called and the mgr came by and with my help (I'm 60), we moved all the furniture off and he smoothed out. Then cooler temps set in and there was no buckling until warmer temps returned this Spring '25. After multiple calls, the same manager came back (alone so I had to move furniture) and said no one should ever have their area rug cleaned in-home - "you should always let us remove it and take it to our facility to clean," essentially admitting that in-home cleaning could be a disaster, which it was. Do your research - never use Coit AND contrary to the mgr, humidity can aboslutely have an impact on carpets incompetently cleaned!

Air duct cleaning took 90 minutes for a 2000 sq ft home, upon further researching this is a very short time. The techs left every single door to every single room open even if it was closed when they went in which was really annoying. This included the door to my unfinished HVAC room which has access to the space between my walls and drywall in my basement. My cat quickly found this area and made herself at home. So I spent 3 days bribing her out of there. Then I found out they did something to turn my whole home air purifier off. They're sending someone to fix it, hopefully, but this has been nothing but a PITA. The techs were apathetic and not friendly. They weren't mean or didn't say anything rude they just weren't friendly.

Excellent. Arrived on time. Efficient and incredibly thorough. Technician was personable and courteous. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely use again.

Charles Johnson did an excellent job on my Mother’s carpets. Especially the white carpet in her spare bedroom. Used as an office, the rolling chair left behind quite a few dark brown areas. It looks great now! So very pleased!!

The techs did a thorough job cleaning our HVAC vents.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with COIT. I recently purchased a building and in doing upgrades, did not have the budget to re-do the floors in the breakroom. The floors had been neglected for some time (years), and were not only dirty, but dull and stained. They just looked really old. I don't know how they did it, but the team at COIT was able to make these floors look new again. I could not believe how beautiful and shiny they turned out. It completely changed the look and the feel of the space, so much so that we've decided to keep the floors as is, and not re-do them in the near future. I would absolutely use COIT again, and highly recommend them.

The service provided was excellent and professional. The hardwood floors and grout cleaning was especially great and I have that done at least twice a year and it saves me a lot of time. The carpets were great and the house was left fresh and clean.

My dog vomited on his favorite chair. COIT was able to remove the smell with one treatment.

Coit cleaned my ceramic tile and grout today and oh my gosh it almost looks new again. Unfortunately they were not able to seal it (through no fault of theirs) but it cleaned up extremely well and I couldn’t be happier. They were on time, extremely professional and very affordable. I will definitely use them again.

My technician provided honest feedback regarding my heavily soiled carpet. I appreciated the timelines and efficiency of their work.
