The representative walked the house with me to evaluate the stains. After questioning the origin of the stains, he discussed the treatment plan and discussed fully the processes he was using. All costs were discussed up front. He did a great job getting up most of stains. The house smells fresh and clean!

I called and talked to Laura to get scheduled for duct cleaning for Thursday between 8-12. Thursday comes along, no show. I call and speak with Dustin and he explains there was a miscommunication, they could offer 10% off, and that Laura would call to get me rescheduled….No call. Not professional, not responsive, and I wouldn’t recommend.

Great service! Called to come early, let their professional, Jeff, know that we had company. I asked if could he come 40 minutes later (which was within the original time frame) and he said “No problem”. Thorough, polite, professional, affordable and highly recommended!

They were on time. Got the job done quickly. Moved my sofa even though I told him I would do it myself, so I was beyond grateful for that. Took time and spoke with me about the carpet. Very nice family owned business. Affordable. I will use them again and again.

The carpets were cleaned. The best carpet cleaners I have ever seen. They got carpets that were extremely dirty looking like brand new. The guy that they sent out did a fabulous job and was very polite. I will use him for all of my properties.

Our technician was well trained and professional. He was informative and punctual. He up-sold us on an additional room and some type of cleaning solution for the hair in my carpet. Great all around experience

I have my carpets cleaned once a year and Calloway Cleaning did a very impressive job! Jeff and Robert were knowledgeable, polite, and were very careful around the furniture. It was refreshing to have such experienced technicians.
I will be using Calloway Cleaning and Restoration again next year and will be requesting Jeff and Robert.

I've been using them since December 2019 every 6 months to clean my home's carpeting. They're excellent and I love that they offer a bunch of other cleaning options - for example, they cleaned our air ducts at the last visit and I've seen a significant improvement in the house since! Great staff, and support. So happy I found them!

I HIGHLY recommend Calloway Cleaning & Restoration. I work in an assisted living and we had furniture that needed steam cleaned and Jeff was outstanding. He was extremely professional and was on point with his hard work. Let me tell you, the process could not have been made any easier all thanks to Laura. She is very easy to work with, extremely friendly and professional. She WILL make sure you are taken care of! Businesses like this seem like they are fewer and far between nowadays. You will not be disappointed!

I used Calloway for fire damage. It was the worst experience ever. First they told me my office was 100% done, when I sent them pictures of soot on things in my walls not being cleaned they said that the cleaners dropped the ball on me and they would send somebody else. Even after that, you’re some pictures of what remained undone. I paid $3000 and I feel like for nothing but a headache. Attached are pictures of my husband and I cleaning after they supposedly cleaned so that I can use my office again. The smoke smell remained until I just painted my office.
