They just charge your credit card without discussing the services provided or the reason for going over their estimate. Called and spoke to office manager and she stated "generally we don't communicate with our customers". First and last time for me. However, the girl who cleaned did a fantastic job.

I could see my dog prints on the floor when we got home. The dogs were not on the floor yet. The office floor is sticky. I had to mop my kitchen floor again.

We have a very small house, each time they clean they miss something completely and are sub par at best each time. If not for our busy schedule we would have gone with another service long before now.

As a working couple with a busy volunteer life, taking care of regular cleaning is something we haven't had time to do in many, many years. We began using Merry Maids service over 10 years ago and have consistently been both satisfied and grateful for their work. Our regular team, Elizabeth and Ashley, are simply outstanding. They pay such great attention to detail and their work is consistent time after time. The managers at this location are great, too...following up for quality control and ensuring that any special requests are communicated to the team. We have had several other cleaning services before Merry Maid, but none of them stood up to the consistent quality and reliability that Merry Maid does. I highly recommend them for your home!

I have been with Merry Maids for 18 years. The cleaning is generally good. There have been several times, that due to unforeseen events, that I have attempted to cancel a cleaning and reschedule. This has not occurred often- I am required to pay for the cancellation.
Events do occur in ones life that are unexpected and I have shared with the office why the cancellation and have asked to reschedule for another day. I have come very close to employing another cleaning service because of this policy. However, I don’t because of the 18 years of service. Before the administration change several years ago, office staff was great and accommodating. Perhaps a bit of understanding is needed with the current office staff.

They came to do what they call an 2 room attention to detail clean and the rest of my home was a up keep clean, when I got home I was absolutely shocked at how much the missed and the lack of attention to detail they had. I was very clear to the sale representative that I used to own my own cleaning business and that I expected a very clean house, note my house looks clean to the eye when you walk in. But was not cleaned like a professional cleaning business should have done.

I have not had any problems with their cleaners or the job they do most of the time if I have the regular person. I do have a problem with their scheduling. I get a text when they are "on their way". This arrival time changes with each visit. However, the time constantly changes as you refresh it. Sometimes it is as much as 3 hours after the first time they said they would be there. Another time it said they were already there working and they didn't arrive until about 20 minutes later.

I wish I had cancelled the first time the cleaning was poor quality, but they refuse to refund, only “reclean”, so you’re forced to give them a second chance. The quality is inconsistent, one cleaner spends 2hr and the quality is great, the next week a different cleaner is here barely 40 minutes and misses half the rooms and most of the surfaces. Don’t waste your money on this service.

I have been using Merry Maids for many years. I have had great experiences. If something isn’t just right (which has only been a couple of times) they fixed and responded immediately. I intend to keep using them in the future. I have April and hope she is there a long time.

Our MM is the best. Amanda thought of everything and made picking the services I wanted a breeze. And the team did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely use them again.

Today was only our second clean with Merry Maids but I have no complaints so far. Melissa arrived this morning and was fabulous! From the time she arrived to the time she left she was very communicative and did a very thorough job. Would love to have her as our regular service provider.

Kelly is great. She cares for the house the way I am sure she cares for her own. The house always looks so clean after she leaves. She is also great with my dogs and doesn’t mind them sniffing around!

Melissa has been cleaning our small condo for some time now and we are very happy with the work she does. She is flexible and often shares cleaning tips with us.

I have been using MerryMaids for about a year and have been very happy with their service. They are friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. Stephanie always does a great job, and is loved by our pets too! <3

Stephanie from Merry Maids is such a huge help with making sure that our home is nicely cleaned. Through our last pregnancy and now with a baby and a toddler, we really do look forward to Stephanie’s visit every 4 weeks. She’s always on time, polite, respectful, and thorough.

I've been getting my house cleaned for years and have never been as satisfied as I have been with Merry Maids. Their cost is reasonable and quality of work is outstanding. Even my 18-year old son, "Wow, mom the new cleaning lady is very thorough." If that doesn't say something is better about Merry Maids, I don't know what does. Jessica is great!

True cleaning pros. The best I’ve had.
I had Diana and AJ as a new cleaning crew on 02/23/2026. They were the best cleaners I’ve had. Diana was a true Molly Maid pro my bathrooms never were that clean and smelled fantastic. Then AJ worked on my kitchen and dusted. My kitchen glistened. She even wiped down all my dining chairs legs and all. Then she wiped all my lamps and lamp shades. Thanks to them both. Truly, my house was cleaned from top to bottom. I would like have them each time in the future.
