Amazing team! Came in with a small amount to spend but wanted flowers for a friend in the hospital. They rang me up and had me on my way with a beautiful arrangement. I will be back for sure.

Nice little greenhouse that carries the trendier houseplants as well as the not so trendy ones. Small selection of unique orchids but unfortunately they are not cared for properly. I purchased a miltonia today that has been so dehydrated the leaves or accordion shaped - still salvageable I think. There were other plants that seemed pretty dry as well. Other than that, it is a good place to go if you're looking for a decent houseplant selection.

We have used Jackson Florist for several years for our balcony plants. They have beautiful pots and a good selection of plants if you shop early in the season. They will also fill pots for you. Staff very friendly.

I enjoy visiting Jackson Florist for garden needs. Great selection of seeds and fertilizer, but also some unique house plants, water features, pots, and garden statues. The plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees are quality items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help. The Florists also is amazing, and the off a variety of items and gifts 🎁.

Always high quality and reasonable prices. It's great being able to order online directly instead of through a national flower broker middle man site. Jackson Florist flowers always seem to last a week longer than others.

I love this place, the staff is knowledgeable about the basic gardening essentials, which has been wonderful for me. Lots of selections that change regularly. They have a little bit of everything including fake flowers and indoor plants. They do have some selection of trees and shrubs, but I would probably pick a nursery over a garden center if you’re looking for more mature and specialty types of trees. :)

I went looking for house plants and their selection was minimal and in my humble opinion over priced. I wasn’t greeted by any of their staff either.

Tony who is the owners son was so helpful and knowledgeable. He really helped us. Their showroom is beautiful with waterfalls and a ton of other things. Their plants are beautiful, healthy and well cared for. Also there prices are great.

I don't even know where to start! Cold and rude best sums up the service!
We called to request 17 purple roses for a colleague whose 17-year-old sister passed and whose favorite color was purple. We were told that they had them and made our way from Cincinnati. We were disappointed my friend turned up only to be given pink. Ok, but the worst thing is the employee was trying to convince her that the PINK roses were purple! No apology, only a "Well, you are not obligated to take them" & "we can give you back your money".
Never again! Somehow, not surprised! Shame!

These people go out of their way to help and their work is amazing. Been buying from them for years and they never disappoint! Good prices also. Thank you for keeping it about the customer

After a couple of not great experiences with big on-line florists, I decided to try a local florist. The difference is amazing. I have sent flowers multiple times from Jackson and the arrangements are always fresh, beautiful and delivered on time. I usually call to order because Amanda is so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing flowers and colors. Her creations are amazing! Once, when my friend wasn’t at her apartment for a delivery, the delivery person from Jackson Florist actually took the time to call me to let me know and gave me time to contact my friend. He then made a second stop later that day to deliver the Birthday flowers. Amazing service! The greenhouse is also wonderful, with a great selection and one of the few places I have found quality holiday arrangements for cemeteries. I especially recommend stopping by during the Winter holidays, absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Jackson Greenhouses and Florist.

Nice family- friend people. Great selection for our home landscaping projects. Always use them for my floral arrangements- they were beautiful and at a great price. Been using them for years. You never have to worry about what it will look like. My grandmother took me their as a teenager for her home landscaping projects, now I take my kids their for home landscaping projects. It's quality stuff.

Dawn helped us with our wedding bouquets and they were stunning. She was extremely helpful and kind, and the arrangements were delivered in a seamless exchange. The prices were very reasonable, as well. 10/10 recommend!

Great selection of flowers. The employees were nice thoughtful and very helpful with picking out flowers for my mother's grave. Decent prices. You pay for what you get if you want good flowers. You pay a good price, and it's very much worth it.

The BEST! My best friend had a huge hiccup with her wedding bouquet from another florist, & Jackson’s saved the DAY (literally, they put the bouquet together with less than 5 hours until the ceremony). Cannot recommend them enough!!!
