Excellent experience with the carpet stretching service. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and the results made a noticeable difference right away. Huge shout-out to Collin for a job well done—he was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend this service if you want your carpets looking and feeling like new again.

John Wilson from Mella Services came to our house, was right on time, and repaired a carpet seam that our dog had torn up over time. John did an incredible job, was very clean and was in and out in no time flat. Repair looked great and they came in under their estimate. Great guy and great company, highly recommended.

The service men showed early which was great. Introduced themselves and went right to work cleaning all our outside windows. Over 30 of them many very large and several 15 to 20 feet off the ground. They finished them all within an hour and after inspection we were very pleased. Tyler and Sean were very respectful and professional. We will call again.

I had Mella come out and do window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Jeffrey on windows and Zack and Aaron on carpet. Two different crews but all arrived very punctually, communicated their arrival times and did excellent work. The scheduling and quotes were super easy to get from HQ. I would definitely recommend and work with Mella again.

I had 3 rooms carpet cleaned today and there were some rough areas in all rooms but let me say that Aaron and Zack were absolutely AMAZING. They were kind, friendly, very informative and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Mella Services and I'd also recommend Aaron and Zack personally. I will definitely be using Mella in the future!! Thank you guys for the outstanding work you did. Plus the pricing is amazing. I called several companies and Mella had the best pricing and quickest availability. All around great, affordable company with amazing staff!

Cincy Gutter Boys cleaned the gutters of our 2 story house.
Their communication the day before giving us a time frame in which to expect them, morning of as they were heading our way and after letting us k ow the job was completed was fantastic.

They were professional and cleaned up. We found the pricing to be fair.

I had hired Gutter Boys to clean my gutters three years ago and never knew if they actually showed up because I was at work. My cameras showed no one came that day, and my neighbors across the street and next to me said they didn't see anyone. They sent no pictures even though I had asked for pictures in advance. Later that year my gutter was so backed up that water seeped into the walls on the second floor. So I never used them again.

However, they kept on calling, so this year I thought to give them a second chance by getting a quote from them. They gave me a quote that is almost twice the amount of another quote I received. Goodbye, Gutter Boys. Goodbye for good.

Brandon and James did such great work on our gutter install this week. They were punctual, organized and so personable. We were thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors! Thanks Brandon and James!

Called to schedule gutter cleaning and was told I would get a call 24-48 hours beforehand to schedule based on the weather. Weeks went by and I received an email with the invoice. Apparently, they came out to my house and I never knew! I had some areas of concern, but I never had a chance to speak to anyone. No one called before or after to let me know the work was completed. I only received an invoice. Clearly, money was the only priority. When I questioned the person on the phone about whether they even came out he sent me pictues. I said I probably wouldn't use their services again because of the lack of communication and he basically said "Ok, bye then".

We used Cincy Gutter boys and associated New Heights Roofing for our full roof and gutter replacement. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. Kyle spoke with me several times on the phone while doing our estimate about different options and gave thorough advice and opinions about what would be best for our situation. Jeremy was wonderful on the roofing side even coming by on a Saturday to show us shingle colors and help us to best match our trim and style. The gutter side was wonderful as well - after a couple of estimates, one specific portion of work didn’t get copied over and Aaron Bonar came back out for a second day to finish up - no charge. He was super friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. Let me know when he arrived and when he left. They all did wonderful to work around our sleeping baby at nap time. Can’t say enough about them! Highly recommend!

Great experience with Cincy Gutter Boys. It was refreshing to find a business who was responsive from the initial phone call inquiring about their services. They were professional and clear about how it worked. Did exactly what they said they would do. Showed up when they were supposed to, did an excellent job. Made billing and paying easy. Highly recommend them. Hard to find reliable honest services these days. Great job and well appreciated their promptness.

The service performed by George and NH was 5+ star. It’s a messy job and they cleaned everything up well and the gutter cleaning was excellent. The phone team quoting the work is the reason for the 4 star. The call quoting people default to the cheapest approach and ask to get it scheduled. I had to keep asking what does this include, then what other options are there before we had a mutual understanding and matched expectations. There are a few a la carte services that I thought would be part of a typical cleaning. Overall my experience was pretty good and George and NH did a fantastic job

Scheduling took a few months but once the project started the crew were very quick to point out the issues and problems with my cornice and the wood surrounding the box drain they were installing. The original estimate had to be revised several times due to issues we uncovered but they were transparent during the process. Overall they did very quality work, had a true understanding of older italiante repairs needs and cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend and absolutely would use again if needed.

They send me emails to remind me of my next cleaning and down spout flush. When the day they chose was not good for me, I simply emailed them back. Although no-one called me, they showed up the day I preferred. Jason was vey nice. He answered all my questions and told me what he was going to be doing. Sent me an invoice via email and I just paid it! Easy! We have used Cincy Gutter Boys for about 6 years and have never had an issue with their service.

Scheduling service with Kelsey was super easy and they have a system that sent a text day before, on the way, and when job was completed for convenience. Adam gave me a call that he was on his way and to let me know what he was doing. Him and his partner Houston went to work straight away. They cleaned out gutters and bagged debris leaving. They made sure to spray out gutters and downspouts to leave them thoroughly cleaned. Everyone was professional and courteous, which is refreshing in service industry. Would highly recommend and will use them again. Thank you!

We booked Gutter Boys to clean the gutters on our new house. They were easy to book via a quick email exchange. Once they've got you on their schedule, you don't need to do anything. They'll give you a service window, let you know when your work is scheduled, and then you're good to go. You don't need to be home for the work, and they'll email the invoice. The rep that took care of us, Jimmy, showed up during his scheduled time, checked in and got right to work. He finished our cleaning within an hour, let us know about some additional work that would be needed, and took care of setting that up for us on the spot. He was pleasant and polite, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

They responded to my request for cleaning in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and they explained what they were going to do in a way that was easy for me to understand. They sent a text when they were on their way and called when they got to my home. My gutters and downspouts are definitely clean after the rain we got yesterday. I'll be using them again.

These guys are great to work with. They are extremely responsive and did a great job cleaning out our box gutters. I received a text when they were on their way & when they were finished. The invoice (which was much less than what we were quoted by others in the area) was emailed to me and I could pay online directly from the email. Huge bonus points for not having to worry about mailing out a check! All in all we had a great experience and will definitely be using them again in the future
