Had Mella out to clean my carpets this afternoon. Zack and Cheston were very friendly and professional. Zach took time to explain their process and they were conscientious about cleaning any residue on the landing inside the front door on their way out. Carpets look great and I wouldn’t have any other carpet cleaning company clean my carpets…Mella is the best! I highly recommend them to you!

Mella is the best! We just had our carpet cleaned in our condo, which hasnt been done in 10+ years.. safe to say it looks good as new! Zach & Cheston were extremely professional & kind when coming to do our cleaning. I would recommend to anyone!!

We used Mella to clean our large windows for the past 4 years or so. They’ve always been on time and scheduling is easy with a phone call. We finally had our whole house exterior all cleaned up after being in the house for six years, they did a wonderful job and our house looked better than the day we moved in. The price is very reasonable (it includes window cleaning) and we will definitely have a Mella do exterior wash once every two years or so.

Mella recently installed new flooring for my son in his first home in Ludlow, KY, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Erin was wonderful to work with, she helped us schedule around the closing of the home and provided an accurate, upfront estimate of costs.
John and his crew handled both carpet installation and LVP flooring installation, completing everything within the time frame they quoted. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress free.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Mella and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable flooring installation.

Davis and Ryan were amazing! They not only did an amazing job on the windows but also replaced all of our batteries on our remote blinds. They went above and beyond in the care they took as they worked at our house. We can’t wait to have them back for our next home window cleaning! The windows look like brand new windows.
