We have used City Wide for years and have always been happy with the cleaning service and other services we have received from them.

Felt the need to post this because it was such a frustrating experience. I run a retail store and small apartment building, and I'm overwhelmed with coordinating contractors to take care of small and large projects. Was SO excited to find a company that could handle that for me.

Set up a walk through, heard the pitch, promised the moon and then....nothing.

Sales person said it might be a week, after a follow up email and call, heard back in SIX WEEKS only for them to tell me that btw they are now charging up front specifically for my industry. Thank you, if I needed to chase contractors around to finish work I already paid for I can do that on my own.

Obviously did not move forward, and I'm genuinely sad because it seems like a useful service.

City Wide did a great job on my most recent job site, having two workers cleaning up construction debris and getting it to the dumpsters everyday for 3 months. They also had a porter that was on site for the same amount of time sweeping and maintaining the smaller areas of the job site. Other jobs City Wide did was clean the building structure of dust and dirt left by the previous building owners and scrub the floors to keep the dust in the building down. All of this work was done in a timely manner and to the highest level of satisfaction possible. I will be using City Wide in the future and I suggest you do the same!

City Wide has been doing a good job for this facility for a while now. They are very responsive to our needs and have provided other services to help support the site. They have helped us out with last minute cleaning needs and deep cleaning in several areas. We appreciate all they have done for us.

Josh W. does an excellent job checking-in on a regular basis and ensuring our needs are met. He is great with communication and quickly addresses any issues or concerns we may have. He recommends appropriate services as our needs arise.

City Wide filled in to clean our largest facility while we searched for a new custodian. They got to work quickly and did a great job. They were very easy to work with and communicated well. Exceptional Service! We hired CW to perform a deep clean of our office. They were easy to work with and able to make cleaning adjustments based on immediate needs. Their crew was very courteous and respectful while they conducted the cleaning during business hours. I highly recommend and will be using them again.

I utilized Mella window services to clean my exterior windows. Before starting the project they entered my home and removed the window screens. Upon completion of the job, I noticed gouges, debris, dirty hand prints and scratches on the window sills. I contacted Mella to discuss my concerns and I was reassured that I would receive a phone call from the operations manager. It’s been a week and I have not heard back.

I will not use Mella Services again.

David was excellent! Took his time, super friendly, very knowledgeable and got stains out of old carpet that we were both sure wouldn’t come clean! Great great value!!
