Had them come out for whole house window cleaning. Spoke with a friendly person on phone and gave them details on house. Quoted $500.
Two college age men showed up and had no idea how to take apart the storm windows. They broke one (spring component) and left about 6 sitting in a bedroom. Not sure they had alot of experience after talking to them. Finally the real guy (Mark), who I'd agree is an expert, shows up and tells me it's gonna be more expensive (add'l $100). They did do a real nice job cleaning the windows, however a crappy job cleaning up. They left in hurry leaving about 6 storms laying around.
If you want to use their window cleaning services, be sure Mark comes out first.

Why would we go anywhere else?!!! Zack came in and was so professional and kind. We had a charcoal stain on our white carpet and he got nearly all of it out preventing us from having to replace our carpet. He was fast and tidy, but very attentive. Love to see hard working people out in customer service like this!!

I recently used Mella to have the tile in several rooms cleaned for my new listing. They were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

First, I want to say that I hired this Company multiple times for window cleaning in my personal home. I am a highly respected real estate agent in the NKY area and I also have recommended this company to many of my clients over the years. To state that I would never recommend this company to another person is an understatement. I have been appalled at the attitude and unprofessionalism of the manager and the owner of this company. As can be seen in the photo shown in this post, the employees damaged the glass to my front door during the window clean process. I was unable to be present at the time of the cleaning and had my in-laws who are older to be present for me. When the employees finished the job, they quickly came in to let my mother-in-law know that the windows were scratched before they started working on them. If this were the case, then why was this not pointed out before the employees actually touched the windows? As a business owner, this is exactly what I would have done not only for protection of the employees but also the homeowner. When I arrived home that day, I immediately noticed it as I walk past this door multiple times a day. I called the Manager to report this damage and without even performing any due diligence on this report, instead he immediately accused me of scratching the glass on my own doors prior to the cleaning. Really?!? Why would I do this?!? This photo only shows one area scratched. There are many others and it looks intentional. As luck would have it, my ring cameras didn’t pick up audio on that front door but another camera on my second entry door, picked up audio that stated “I think we are going to be fine”. So, what exactly did this mean ?!? In my opinion, they felt that they had convinced the elderly in-laws that it was done prior to their arrival and got her to sign off on the paperwork and that they were in the clear. On another occasion, Mella was required to come back and repeat a poor job performed on the cleaning of the window tracks. Mella is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with as a real estate professional. No Mella, I am NOT a liar and my reputation speaks for itself in that way. If I had scratched my windows prior to you performing the job that I hired you to do, I would not, and I repeat would not be falsely reporting your employees for something to gain in return. I sure hope this review helps others to avoid damage to their most valued possession by your company.

Mella Services showed up on time and ready to go. They had everything they needed and went straight to work. They did over 20 windows and doors, and all of the tracks and sills. They were super friendly and efficient. They left nothing for us to clean up. The windows look magnificent!! Would hire these guys again in a second. Great job guys!!!
