I had Gutter Boys install new gutters and downspouts and I recommend them highly. They were professional and did a great job. I had a slight issue with where they put one of my downspouts and they solved that situation quickly and professionally. It was refreshing to have such good customer service after the work was done. Give 'em a call if you need gutter work!

Update (2023): I used their service AGAIN this year. Houston and Brandon were here on time on a wicked weather day. Their service was professional and thorough. Extremely courteous too!

I have worked with Cincy Gutter Boys for several years now. They are amazing with communication on when they will be arriving and notification of their final work with any recommendations on improvements.

If you are not satisfied with their work, they will come immediately to investigate and solve the problem.

I have always always had good service and have recommended them to many friends and family.

I would definitely recommend Cincy Gutter Boys! We bid our project with 2 other local companies and CGB was by far the easiest, most responsive company! Estimating, bid approval was quick and easy. We did have to wait a bit to get the service completed, only because of weather, but they did a great job keeping in contact with us along the way. When they arrived, they were prompt, professional and again, kept us in the loop on progress! GREAT experience overall! We will be using them again for sure!

Based off of glowing reviews, I booked gutter cleaning with Cincy Gutter Boys and waited an initial three weeks for them to come out. After waiting the full three weeks without any updates or visits, I called to check on the status. They assured me I was first on the list, so I waited another week. Unfortunately, after a total of four weeks with no service or communication, I had to cancel my appointment. Disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication.

The person who came to clean the gutters told me how much he likes working for this company. He said they are honest and good to work for.
I recently met with their sales rep about my gutters and I would agree they are honest. There’s no hard sell. I was advised appropriately about what made sense for my house.
I’m very pleased with their service and I’m looking forward to the upcoming repair and replacement they are planning.

Updating my review. Although we had some bumps initially specifically around timing, the gutter that was installed had a few issues after the first rain. I called in and the crew came out promptly fixed the issues. Appreciate them going out of the way to make it right.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Cincy Gutter Boys. I called to get a quote and the man on the phone was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was able to get me on the schedule. He said it would probably be 2-3 weeks because of how they do their scheduling, but they ended up coming just one week after I booked! They charged exactly what they quoted me, and I was billed via email after the service and able to pay online. I would absolutely use them again for my gutter cleaning and recommend them to others.

I was very impressed with the Gutter Guys from beginning to end. There online process to schedule was very easy and they were very responsive. They did a great job of cleaning the gutters. I would highly recommend them as it is hard to find companies this responsive, fairly priced and actually do what they say they are going to do. Great job - Thanks!

I have used Cincy Gutter Boys twice to clean my gutters and I am very happy with them. They are reasonably priced, professional and do a great job. I love that I don't need to take the day off to be home for them and feel confident in their work. Jason was great and I will be using them again this Spring! Great company!

Once I got them to give me a date the service was great. The two young men who came out worked hard and were very nice.

My only nit is with the way they schedule. You call and they tell you that someday -seemingly at their convenience - they will contact you the day before - if it works great - if not you must reschedule. I waited 2 weeks and called to see what's going on - was told they had no idea when they might get to my area.

In the end they emailed me later that day and advised I was scheduled for the following day. It was not convenient as we had a family funeral but there is no way I was rescheduling as my gutters were in need. In the end it worked out. Worth the money they just need to improve their scheduling process.

We scheduled a gutter cleaning a the end of April and Scott came out bright and early. He was done quickly and efficiently. It was great. From start to finish scheduling and calling ahead to ensure arrival time it was all very professional. Fast forward almost one month we had a handful of very heavy downpours. One area of the gutters seemed to already be filled up and was overflowing all down the side of the house! We don't have trees near our gutters, so I thought that maybe something could have been missed. I called back, we were within our warranty window, and Scott came back. He took pictures and showed me exactly how a tiny stick and few leaves can create a dam and wreak havoc. He cleaned everything up and everything is running smoothly. I appreciate the professional quality as well as coming back out to check on things right after the first visit. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone was very professional. I would recommend and intend to use their services in the future.

Cincy gutter boys “cleaned my gutters” 8/15. They never told me they came and I came home to a mess. Not only were multiple of my gutters not cleaned but they left a mess all over. My car, patio, and driveway were covered in dirt. They also gave my neighbors the gift of dirt as well.

I called and emailed 8/15 telling them NOT to charge my card.

Today they decided it would be a good idea to charge it?

No one will get back to me and now I am having to file fraud report.

They reschedule on me multiple times and after thr 4th or 5th time giving them a chance I had to cancel. They even cancelled because there was a car in the driveway. Why wouldn't they go knock on the door and ask them to move. It is a rental property and does not make me look good to my tenants. I'm beyond disappointed that I have wasted so much time waiting for them just to have to start over and look for another company.

I have been using Cincy Gutter Boys since I purchased my home in 2016. Everything is so seamless with them. Each year around spring, I get an email reminding me that it's that time and to get my gutters on the schedule. It's easy to find a slot that works for me and to choose what type of cleaning I want. Same message comes around fall. If I forget to schedule, I'll get a reminder email not to miss my cleaning!

Once they're on their way out, they text to you to let you know who is coming and a number to contact, should you have any concerns for them to address. They're always prompt and I've been genuinely happy with their services.

Once they're finished, you get a text/email letting you know everything is completed and a link to make your payment. It's a smooth process from beginning to end.

They are also priced competitively and fairly. In fact, I once missed getting my gutter cleaning scheduled with them so they were booked out. I called another company and it was more than double that of what Cincy Gutter Boys charged. As dramatic as it sounds, my jaw dropped and nearly came clean off. It was insane. Never made that mistake again.

At this point, I'm a customer for life. I couldn't imagine using another company when I know the quality of service I'm getting for a pretty reasonable price. I would, hands down, recommend them to anyone. You're getting the most value with a company that is professional and treats the customer well.

When Cincy Gutter Boys became a part of Ned's Home, the job to repair my box gutter was lost in the transition. I spoke with a national representative post-transition who explained that my job had not only been lost, but that service was no longer offered, and all they could do was refer me to a different company.

Obviously, this was very frustrating, as I had been waiting for three months for my box gutter to be repaired just to learn that they could not help and I had to start the process over. I left a negative review about my experience with Cincy Gutter Boys, and immediately local employees began reaching to explain what was happening internally and offer solutions.

The local team did end up completing my project, as I had been quoted before the transition, and offered compensation for the mistake. After we came to an agreeance, the work was done within 3 days and looks great. They even took pictures of the work as it was being done to show me how they fixed my issue. The team also called out a few other areas of concern, and who I can contact to fix those issues in the future.

The journey was a bit complicated, but I appreciate the customer service after the team became aware of what had happened with my project. And I am happy with the work that was done to my gutters!

Have been using this outfit for years to get our gutters cleaned, so it only made sense that I'd let them repair our box gutters this past summer. Huge, expensive job, as you might imagine, so it was important to me that I could trust the company that performed this work. As expected, Cincy Gutter Boys did a fantastic job, and I want to particularly call out Nick and Alan who were the main workers on this project. They not only repaired the box gutters but caught and corrected other problems. They were friendly, hardworking, communicative, and extremely capable in both skill and knowledge. Thank you!

They did a great job installing new gutters and gutter guards on my home. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. Scheduling appointments with them is very hassle-free. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. I am pleased with their work.

They did a decent job when they final got here. But after being assured of service with 10 days it took them 5 and a half weeks to arrive. I’d have been okay with it if they kept me informed, but there was no communication. When I called to ask why they were so late they said it was the weather? Really? The weather? Was this spring any different than the of 30+ springs since they have been in business? They pester you with calls and texts all year, but when you need/want the service they don’t deliver on what they say they are going to do.

Ordered a simple gutter clean. Their prices were competitive to my lawn care service. They completed the job during the day while I was at work. I come home to find the crud from the gutters all over the perimeter of my home, on my driveway, in my flower beds, & all over my front porch back deck, all deck furniture & area rug. Not to mention I just got my house painted and the overflow on the gutters from the clean is visible.
Now I have to power wash my gutters, the driveway & outside area rug. May as well have done the whole thing myself at this point.

With the lack of care for how they left my home, it leaves me really questioning the quality of the actual gutter cleaning itself.

Communication could improve. Didn't hear anything for weeks. However, once we called to see what the hold up was they were out the next day! It was the hottest day of the summer but Sean and Denzel were here and wasted no time getting the job done. They were hardworking, polite and just all around great guys!!! Was around a month or longer before I heard from this company for gutter cleaning. My misery started off with a high-pressure sales call for repetitive service and gutter guards I opted for a single service gutter cleaning, and I never heard from them again until today By this time I had already found someone else to clean my gutters for $150. Out of the blue, I received a text that they’re on their way. Was unable to Reply to the text for canceling purposes, but the text message are not monitored by the company. Unbelievable! So I had to call customer service and waited forever to talk to a representative to cancel my service. So my conclusion is that this company is too expensive , High pressure sales, untimely service
