Our AC has been out for about a month or so. This week's heat wave had us desperate for some reprieve. We called Rusk and Ron was here the next day. He told us the overall issue and offered a temporary fix so would could save up for the bigger problem. We are beyond grateful and will continue working with Rusk in the future!

Our business, Professional Properties, uses Rusk Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC repairs and/or new units that were damaged by water or fire. They do an excellent job for us! I have also used them for my home and they show up on time and are very courteous to all of our homeowners who need their services. We have never had a complaint about them at all! They are excellent!

We’ve worked with several HVAC companies over the years and Rusk is by far the best. Rusk installed our current heat pump and it has been problem free and efficient. The technician who has done our recent seasonal services is very thorough, clean, professional and polite. This week, Rusk installers replaced our 18-year old heating and air system with a new more efficient heating and air system. Want to give BIG KUDOS to Ethan, Chris, & AJ!! Doc Rusk is absolutely amazing to work with! Called them in the morning, they had someone out that afternoon. Very very knowledgeable and most importantly, Affordable! The service technician was very respectful of our home and very polite!

Very happy with Rusk and highly recommend the company. A few years ago they installed 2 air conditioner units and 2 furnaces in our home. Very recently Rusk cleaned our air ducts and added 2 UV purifiers to our 2 HVAC systems. Rusk employs efficient, polite and knowledgeable workers. Recommend without reservation.

Installing a new Amana heating and cooling system is not inexpensive, so you want to make sure that that the company doing the work knows what they are doing, and, does a good job with the installation. Rusk came as a recommendation from a friend of mine, and after seeing the work on the completed project I am convinced they were right team to do the job. Installation and clean up was top notch. The two installers were friendly and courteous.

Today I had another company that I have been a longtime customer of stand me up they picked the appointment time 5 days ago and canceled on me.

I called Rusk heating and cooling hoping they could fit me in Monday. Nope two hours later I am receiving the most professional hvac service by very nice man. For much cheaper than the last company. I gave five stars because it topped out there. I am now a Rusk customer they will always be my first call. Thank you and keep up the great customer service!

Truly a great HVAC contractor! Prompt on appointment times, friendly, all technicians were professional and very nice. Pricing wasn't the cheapest bid but was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. You get what you pay for. Happy that they're still a family owned company. Will absolutely use Rusk again!

Great company to work with. We needed a new furnace and the staff and technicians were all very professional, quick to come to our home and access our problem, and quick to schedule an installation. We would definitely recommend this company.
