Called them for a workplace issue with our heat. Response time was surprisingly fast. Two techs were patient working around our patients coming and going in their way. Problem solved and fixed in under an hour. Will call for all needs going forward.

Had an issue with the new furnace installed by previous homeowner. Called American Comfort and they were at the house within an hour. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, and it was resolved.

This review is being based on the tech that they sent to my home . He was very rude . He was ready to leave as soon as he got there. Than when I explained to him we was told it could be fixed today . He got real hateful saying we shouldn’t have been told that . Than he tried to over price me for a circulating zone pump. But I felt like I couldn’t even ask a question without him being rude. It really had nothing to do with the price I just can’t deal with rude people . I let my daughter hire this company . Next time I think I will do the hiring .

Don’t believe everything a tech tells you. There are TWO sides to every story. Your tech was EXTREMELY rude. I would be embarrassed if that was the person representing my company. He had an attitude from the second he got there. The real issue was not the price. It was being told by Mark the work would be done today and your tech saying, “I’m not sure why he or anyone would ever tell you that’s happening today because it’s not.” So that was the FIRST lie. Then he goes, “Nobody is getting you this part today anyways. Everywhere is closed”. This was the SECOND lie. He clearly just didn’t want to do it. It’s a Friday. All places were not closed proof being he came back with a price. We had already determined before he went to check the price, we felt uncomfortable even letting him work on our home whenever that would be with how nasty he was being. But the cherry on top, you’re right, was him coming back and charging $1,500 for a circulating pump that I have now for less than $300. He overcharged because he didn’t want to do it or wanted to get his money worth since he told us he wasn’t doing it. We were even willing to purchase the piece ourself and have another tech come out from your company that wasn’t so unbearable but your tech proceeded to say “good luck with that”. Overall, extremely unprofessional and it proves with the response you left when I never even left a comment.

Called the American comfort team to get my furnace looked at and they were right on it. How came and cleaned the unit changed the thermostat. Him and his apprentice were so nice and thoughtful of my house and my belongings. Thank you again American Comfort.
