We had a new complete HVAC system installed yesterday with new humidifier and smart thermostat. The technicians (Jim, Mike and Matt) were amazing. They were efficient, neat and did a fantastic job! They made sure I understood the operations of my new equipment and answered all my questions. We couldn’t be happier with the entire team at Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! Thank you….and keep up the great work!

From the initial check up of the hot water heater to the final installation, everything was perfect! We just wanted to have it checked, as it was 10 years old. Cody explained our options and we went from there. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians - extremely careful and thorough. We decided to take advantage of the financing, and Cody explained it very well!!!!

Our technician David did a super job on furnace maintenance. Explained exactly what he did. Even got the humidifier working again. And our dog really liked him. Would definitely recommend!

Mikeala was. Great, My heat pump isn't working, there is a short. Somewhere
She troubleshooted, called her boss, she went. above and beyond. Somewhere during the Troubleshooting the transformer blew. She replaced the transformer, and didn't charge me for today's service. She gave me great Customer Service.
She need. To order a board for heat pump and come back out to find the issue.

Schneller’s journeyman Quin was on time, professional, and courteous. After investigating my issue, he suggested a couple of options to address the problem. He gave me honest advice, drafted proposals on the spot, and provided a quick repair. Hands down, SK provided me with the best service call I’ve had at my house.

Pt.1 The technician was friendly, efficient, and was able to, in minutes, clear a toilet that had been clogged for two weeks resisting all my efforts to clear it.
Pt.2 The technician came within the stated hours and completed the job quickly and efficiently, was friendly, professional and went over everything that was done.
I was impressed by both young men and am very pleased with Schneller Knochelmann's service.

And now… a furnace / heat pump. (It’s our house hired in 50 years, so…) Mark surveyed and recommended THE MID-PRICED ONE! Fast and professional installation. Good crews. A ductwork issue required a no-charge revisit: bump, shift, done.

Jeremy replaced the humidifier on my furnace. Everything went very smoothly. He is a good communicator and let me know anytime the water lines would during this work. He explained the options I have for leaving the new humidifier on a humidistat or including it on the home nest so that I could Monitor and adjust it from my phone, which I selected as the best option. He was very neat about his work from the beginning to the end.

What I like;
1. Call response time
2. Good workers, good manners
3. Communication & follow up in the process

What I think needs to be improved;
1. Urgency: I need to shut off water for 3 days waiting for the repair
2. Clarity: No cost breakdown in the invoice, no warranty information in writing, no PMA program explained until I asked for.
3. Brand substitutions; Rheem was quoted and in the invoice but Ruud water heater was installed.

I looked for the details and clarity when I select the service company, also this is a major project from the cost standpoint.

These guys are great! They show up fast and get the job done. I dealt with 3 different repairmen on a drain issue and they all went above and beyond until the issue was resolved. They gave me great tips as well. Would definitely do business with them again if need be.

Kudos to Andrew Cash, the technician who visited us today to perform an analysis of our furnace. Andrew is very knowledgeable and explained to us exactly what tests he ran today and shared the results with us. He was very professional, friendly, customer oriented and left our area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend both Andrew and Schneller Knochelmann.

Today, we had a great team install new heating and air conditioning system as well as a new water heater. Kudos to Jake, Kyle, Matt and Mike. They arrived on time, worked continuously for 6 hours and we are very happy with the results. Jake ensured that we were apprised of every step of installations. He set up and explained new thermostat for us and followed that with a walk thru of new equipment to ensure that we throughly understood how to manage everything. All 4 men were very polite and answered all of our questions and concerns. They cleaned up extremely well, leaving our basement cleaner than they found it. Kudos to SK for excellent customer service during every step and especially for providing technicians who were efficient, focused and definitely know their trade.

Our problem of flushing out our sewer line was resolved with extremely professional and friendly guys. They explained the problems so we could understand. We highly recommend them and felt pricing was good.

The whole process was really smooth, quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to. I'll definitely recommend them to others in need.

Zach provided a tune up for me this winter and did a great job. Was efficient with his time, friendly, and communicated updates on my heating systems in a way I could understand. He provided information on some additional services, but I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything by just scheduling a tune up. I feel prepared for a cold winter with the confirmation that my units are tuned up and that I have a reputable company to call if anything goes wrong.

Customer service is tops. That means most to me then any price. But I got 3 bids and they fell in the middle. I told Larry im going with your family ran business but could you cut a few corners and knock another 500 off. And Larry said. We wo t cut corners but let me go.up.the chain of command and see what he can do. He calls me and says Tommy if you are ready to do thus on Monday the Big boss said knock off 700 not 500 for being a Covington resident and 1st time Customer. The 3 guys they sent were great and in 6 hours did a full install...air ..furnace...set line and all the odds and ends. There 3 technicians I really liked i probably slowed them down because I was talking to them to much..lol oh also.it was freezes rain and 30 degrees out

I found the sales consultant knowledgeable. Able to immediately pick up on deficiencies with my existing system and suggest improvements in ductwork to address those deficiencies. The installers were fastidious about keeping the area of ingress and egress clean. You can tell, looking at the install of the furnace and air conditioner. It was done professionally with Care taken to make sure lines were properly secured and ductwork for the installation, air tight. Additionally, even after a long day, the installers were generous with their time explaining details about how my new system works, and how to maintain it. Overall, I had a great experience and would not hesitate at all to recommend to friends and family.

I was absolutely amazed by the service I received by Scott, Cody and Kennen, when I requested a quote for a plumbing project that we had. Never in my twenty years of homeownership have I ever received such an in-depth service for my quote. Their staff are knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Their quote came in competitive to the other quotes I received but their service was bar-none, the best. I will definitely be hiring Schneller Knochelmann for future work.

The team of service personnel who conducted our HVAC removal and installation were exceptional from start to finished. The quality was excellent and done correctly. The team had to correct issues in design and implemantation from the original building installer (Drees & Steve's H&C).
