We have a ton of trees in my yard which caused my house and back patio quite a bit of wear and tear. Within a few hours it was back to new! Taylor worked with my schedule and completed the house/patio cleaning in no time. Amazing job, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend using him and plan to in the future. 5 stars!

Excellent response time, we were able to schedule service within a day. Taylor was extremely diligent with making sure every detail was thoroughly cleaned and cared for. Will definitely be having him return this spring for maintenance cleaning.

Taylor was here for a dryer vent cleaning, a service he doesn’t usually do but we’d had Stanley Steemer come out twice and our issues weren’t fixed. To say Taylor was thorough would be an understatement. The biggest issue with Stanley Steemer is they wouldn’t clean from the outside because it was over 20 feet to access. Taylor cleaned from the inside first as far as he could then said he might have to return at a later date to bring his longer ladder to access the outside. He also climbed inside of our attic to see if he could access it from the inside, he wasn’t able to because it was a rigid and sealed vent. Instead of coming back Taylor extended his shorter ladder and attempted to clean from the outside. He was able to reach the cover (which desperately needed cleaning). By effectively cleaning it from the outside years of lint build up was thrown from the vent. He made 2 passes clearing more lint each time until no debris was coming out. He came back inside and cleaned the dryer itself. He cleaned the back end of the dryer hose connection and the lint trap access. He even vacuumed out our lint disposal tray we have attached to the dryer. He was here for close to 3 hours cleaning every aspect of the dryer vent system. In comparison, Stanley Steemer was here on 2 occasions for a total of 20-25 minutes. I will be calling GrimeStoppersECS again for any home related cleaning solution I can’t take care of myself.

Did a great job on our windows

Was very disappointed last year, but they did come back and redo my windows. So, I thought I'd give them another shot. I won't be calling them again. I do feel the manager was understanding and I think it's probably the lack of good employees.
