I have used this company for years without issue, and even years prior commercially.
Recently I used them in my home again, and was less than satisfied with the cleaning of our sectional. I reported it, provided pictures. After several emails I didn't hear back, then I was sick and missed follow-up for a week with them. I then followed up again this week to see when I could reschedule, at my convenience since they created the issue. I provided two different dates because they refuse to do a Saturday for residential.
I was then given the excuse of those dates are full, your emails got lost with all the email traffic and then lastly told I was past the 48hr period and they 'were trying' to still accommodate, even though I made it clear I CANNOT take off work for their cleaning mistake and I provided dates a week or more out.

THEY LOST A CUSTOMER, AND I WILL NEVER REFER FRIENDS TO THEM AGAIN!!!

Braxton Cleaning Solutions. Erlanger, Ky just finished cleaning my HVAC system vents, dryer vent and steam cleaned 4 areas of carpet. The technician team of William and Josh were not only very professional, but delightful to work with. Showed before and after pics....couldn't be more pleased. Will use this local company again. I don't know what more one could ask for from a service provider. I booked online, roughly three weeks in advance. The week, day, and hour before they sent reminder texts (optional). When the tech was actively on his way, I was also informed. Michael Keaton (I know, I know...so does he; leave it be, LOL) was very courteous, very thorough with his explanations, not pushy with recommendations, and, even with the added enzyme treatment, was in and out in roughly an hour. If more convincing is needed that Braxton is the way to go if you are considering services like this, all I can say to support is that I have five children, two cats, occasionally two dogs, and this is the 3rd or 4th year in a row we have trusted Braxton to clean our carpet. To be 100% honest, it was twice this year, once for a touch-up and to clean the furniture, which Mr. Keaton also did very well and efficiently. So, in Florence and the surrounding area, getting your carpet and/or furniture cleaned is really as easy as booking online and waiting for the right day, which you will not likely forget given the frequency of reminders. Consider yourself extra lucky if, when you open the door, Michael is there to greet you. That's what I'll be hoping for when I book my next cleaning, which is about a year away. Thank you, Braxton, thank you, Michael; do yourself a favor, for heaven's sake, book the cleaning already. You won't be disappointed.

Braxtons made my tile look like new again. I know my tile is old and has staining but the techs were very informative and explained there process. After they were finished I couldn't believe the difference it made. I have tried other chemicals in the past from the home improvement stores but nothing got the results they did. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

I got several rooms of carpet cleaned along with a couple area rugs. Booking and pricing online was very straight forward. After confirming my appointment, I got reminder texts leading up to the arrival time. The 2 men that showed up were professional looking, friendly and thorough. After I gave them a walk-thru they quickly got to work and had the job done fairly quickly. The carpets look like new and they smell great! I will be recommending them and using them as my go-to carpet cleaners. Thanks for doing a great job!

Mike recently cleaned my carpet and I must say never again will we use Teasdale or S. Steamer Or other companies I am so unbelievably happy with my cleaning and it smells so good. Mike was very upfront and honest about some bad spots I had which usually come back after cleaning but it's been 3 weeks now and surprisingly the spots are gone my carpet looks brand new I was a little skeptical about adding the enzymes cleaning at 1st because other companies Teasdale, S. Steamer, have SAID they've used it with a lot of disappointment after they were done well Michael assured me they probably didn't use it correctly and he came in and sprayed the enzymes down before ever bringing in his hoses and man I am so impressed by the work this man has done to my floors and my furniture also looks brand new anyway thank you again Michael will not be using any other companies in the future great employee Braxton cleaning 🧡🧡🧡

Mike and Josh did an amazing job. They were professional and thorough. Highly recommended. My carpets look brand new again and smell clean. The scent is not too overpowering either. They were able to get the pet stains out I wasn’t able to get. I scheduled for 3 o clock but they had a cancellation and came earlier which worked out perfectly. I will use Braxton Cleaners again. I had Mike out from Braxton cleaning solutions to clean my carpet after my tenant moved out. Mike did a fabulous job cleaning carpets better than I anticipated. Some of the rooms I wasn’t sure if the carpet was salvageable but he cleaned and saved them all. I would highly recommend.
