Mike and Gary did a great job cleaning the carpet in our lower level and hall where we have a lot of foot traffic. They were polite, professional and on time for the appointment. I would definitely use them recommend their carpet cleaning services.

My white couch, which i felt was not able to be cleaned enough to keep, was amazingly revitalized by cleaning team. As embarrassing as my couch was before, i feel i need to share this photo. They explained they have a solution they mix in house and wow what a difference it made vs. my attempt of cleaning my couch with my bissell. Price was cheap but not the quality of service.

The pic was taking while they cleaned, so yes my couch was black looking but now its white looking. As you see the before and after in this picture. Note it brightened up even more once it dried. Two thumbs up … try to clean before buying new it was worth it for us. Kids are now banned from my living room at least until I get to enjoy my white couch again.

Josh and William were my carpet cleaners and they did an amazing job! They got my pet stains out and were very thorough with the cleaning. My carpet looks new and the pet smell is gone! Absolutely great service! Would recommend!

They did a very thorough job. Did carpet, furniture and a few throw pillows. They also cleaned our dryer vent for a reasonable cost since they were out here so we got a good discount. Was a good thing, vent was totally clogged. So if you get them out for cleaning ask for a discount on dryer vent cleaning.

Braxton cleaning solutions was professional and punctual. I’ve been potty training a puppy and that along with the rain had my carpets filthy and stinky. They did an amazing job and now the stains and stink are gone. My carpets look brand new! I highly recommend them.

The experience I had with this company was a 10/10 Mike and Gary did an AMAZING job on our carpet! we had our entire home done! they were on time, professional, Fast (but did the job correctly) and very knowledgeable!

I got my carpets cleaned by Josh, he was punctual and he did a great job lifting some marker and makeup stains. Smells great too! Would definitely use Braxton again.

Me and my wife have used a bunch of other cleaning companies and products on our floors and we have found that no one gets them as clean as Braxton's cleaning solutions does. They were able to get stains out of my carpet that not even Stanley steamers or Teasdale was able to get. I would highly recommend them for any house or business. They are hard workers and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. They were efficient , honest and very polite. The office was as friendly as the techs. This is the third time I've used Braxton to clean my carpets. The first two times Mike did the job solo snd this time it was Mike and Gary. I couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent from the time I schedule until the job is done. My carpets look beautiful and new again. I've used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Braxton is by far my favorite.

When I first contacted Braxton, Nicole was helpful, knowledgeable and scheduled me quickly. Right at the scheduled time, Mike and Gary came to clean our carpets. Most of our carpet is nearly new but the basement has old carpet that has had the beat down from our five boys. Mike and Gary were professional and worked hard. They were really amazing! Now you would have a hard time telling the difference in the newer carpet and the 30 year old carpet. Everything looks great! We will use Braxton again.

When there are so many national companies cleaning carpets, it felt good to go local. I couldn't be more pleased to compliment the services of Mike and Gary. This morning they did a very professional and conscientious job steam cleaning our carpet. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done thoroughly and with care. I used them last year and the gentleman that did the job did an amazing job for a reasonable price, so I went back to them again this year and nothing changed. Another outstanding job from a very professional and courteous team.

Mike cleaned my carpets this week. I usually have it done once a year.it was a little longer than that this time and they were really needing a good cleaning. I can’t believe it! they look brand new! Thanks, Mike. Braxton’s has always done a great job for me!

Asked Braxton to do tile and grout cleaning.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Looked like they did nothing after they were finished. I went to a local hardware store and tried two chemicals, and was able to cleanup the tile and grout myself in 45 minutes of elbow grease and the right cleaning materials.

Office manager very rude and left multiple messages within 20 minutes to get paid after his techs finished- I had told them I would call to discuss after a work call in had finished which was an hour long. Messages threatened me with calling police, etc. I Called them as I said I would - Braxton Cleaning had no concern with how the job was not done properly but only harassment to get paid.

No discount offered. They did get paid for not cleaning anything as a FYI.

Brad did a fantastic job cleaning all the carpets in the house we rented the past two years. He was very friendly and worked methodically through the two story house. Highly recommended company
