Great Job by all 3 guys who showed up the day after my water disaster to get things started and all cleaned up. Communicated very well with me everything that needed to be done. Even brought us breakfast the first day they showed up. Pleasant surprise. Mitigation process was very smooth efficient. Kept the house clean as possible for us with plastic barriers to kept heat and dust from entering other clean rooms. BTW, they answered the phones every time I called, even on Christmas Day.

I also had 1st Call do the reconstruction work as well. We needed drywall reconstruction, painting, carpet reinstalled, laminate flooring put in, and the entire kitchen porcelain tile torn up and replace. I am completely satisfied with the entire team that worked on getting everything back in order at my home. The entire team did an excellent job. Especially Shawn since he was here almost everyday and here from the beginning. They were all very professional and a joy to talk to every day.

What started as a nightmare quickly turned into a smooth, speedy recovery thanks Clint and Jonah! The water damage inside my home was extremely overwhelming, but from the time I called them it has been taken with such care! Seeking a reliable contractor after water damage, I chose 1stCall two years ago, swayed by positive online reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was devastating. 1stCall delivered exceptionally poor-quality work, using substandard materials and failing to meet critical building standards. They neglected to arrange mandatory city inspections, resulting in their work being condemned. The nightmare escalated when they abruptly walked off the job, leaving my home unfinished and me to endure two years of hotel living. Their breach of contract has led to ongoing legal action. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone and urge you to avoid 1stCall for any home rebuilding or remodeling needs.
If there was a negative rating, 1stCall will deserve that. Even 1 star rating is too much for this horrible experience.

1st call was nothing but professional and helpful every step of the way through my disaster of water damage. They came out quicky and were so kind and helpful. They worked quickly to clean up all the water. A big shout out to Brennan, Jonah and Aj on the mitigation team for great work and answering all my questions.

The 1st Call Disaster Service team was professional and very helpful. AJ, Brennan, and Jonah answered any and all questions we asked.

They arrived promptly and explained how the process worked. They were great with communication throughout the process and arrived each day at the time they said they’d be there. We truly appreciated their friendliness as well as their patience with us.

Way too many issues with my roof and siding installation to be able to give a good review. they completed a new roof and siding installation 11/23. Immediately after installation day I had to have someone come out to re-attach the AC J-box. The weeks after cleaning up nails, screws and trash left behind. Since installation I have had to call them at least 4 times to correct siding falling off, water intrusion around the windows due to moisture barrier not being installed per the manufacturer, facia falling off, and roof leaks. I have had to wait any where between a week to now over a month for them to correct the issues from my last call of siding and roof leak.

Update - as of 02/04, more than 10 weeks, no one has been out to address the leaking roof and siding.

I was in Home Depot and confused on what type of circuit breaker I needed. Tom from Advanced Construction was there shopping while wearing his company shirt so I asked him if I could pick his brain for a minute. Tom was incredibly gracious with his time and patiently explained what I needed, and why.
