Called about main water line leak they told me they would come look at it to shoot me a price n they never showed up. Great business guys lol
Terrible company. Fixed water line break under my driveway, dumped concrete in my yard the put dirt over it so I didn’t know until I couldn’t grow grass there. Concrete truck completely ruined my gutter by driving into it, and then they’d never return by phone call. Small claims court here I come. Complete incompetency. Licensed should be revoked. Never ever use these people.
I turned the water off from the meter due to a water leak in my crawlspace Sunday, Sept. 4th. I called Mercer plumbing Monday morning, was told they would be out Tuesday and would call before they came. At 11am Tuesday, I called to make sure l was still on the list, was assured I was and would be called before their arrival. At 5pm Tuesday, I still had not heard anything, called 3 times between 5pm and 6pm and he would not answer my calls. I did get the water leak repaired by another company. I called Mercer Plumbing again Wed. to let them know how disappointed I was in lack of service and not even courteous enough to call. He still would not answer my phone call. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing services.
I ordered a water heater from Lowe's and this was the plumber they sent. Charged $614 labor was there 1 hour 20 minutes. Did not want any questions asked was very short with me and lied to my face told me Lowe's tells him what to charge .they do not he gives them .his labor. He did not bother to solder 2 of the joints for the relief valve, there are wires showing out of the top of the heater, didn't bother cleaning. Up anything. Left sharp metal pieces on the floor for us to step or animals to pick up and be hurt. 3 calls to Lowe's and still waiting for Mercer plumbing to call about fixing. Do not use under any circumstance
