My water heater busted and the water messed up my kitchen floor, thanks to my State Farm Adjuster, he recommended ServiceMaster, It has been a long time since I have been so pleased and impressed by such a wonderful group of young men even the receptionist is precious, the work that has been done so far is exceptional, I hoping that they can complete the restoration until kitchen is back to normal, because I know in my heart I will be very satisfied. Thanks ServiceMaster.

We had a sewage backup in our basement, our insurance company referred us to Service Master, they were there the next morning and started tearing out the damages flooring and walls and started clean up immediately. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I had a leak caused by my dishwasher. I emailed Renea @ Service Master and within literally 10 minutes Tessica called me to let me know Blake was on his way to access the damage. Within 24 hours they had people there to fix it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were awesome!

Collin, Kevin, and Alex from ServiceMaster but BTM were outstanding. They took the time to answer any questions. While working the were conscientious of our home and the items they moved while doing repairs. Tesica (sorry if I misspelled that) in the office, was great to work with. She was so patient as we coordinated with our insurance. I would absolutely call them if I need this type of service in the future. Great Job!!

My mothers apartment building caught on fire 2 months ago. She is blind and disabled.
We did not know what to do, we have never been through anything like this before and one of the apartments tenants recommended Service Masters to us.
I made a phone call and spoke to a lady named Tracy. Tracy walked me through the entire process, what they would & all of the steps of their processes.
She made time in a busy schedule to go and pick up my mother’s belongings up the very next day as we had to have her belongings out immediately,
She took pictures bagged & boxed up everything & took everything to their her facility. She kept my daughter and I posted about my mother’s belongings each step of the way. I highly recommend this company and Tracy, I want to say thank you for your kindness, compassion, quick responses and for being there for us through this tough time. You are Great!

Blake was at my house within an hour of calling!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Blake walked me through the whole process with details! Checking on our mom’s house while she was away, we discovered a water issue that was caused by 24 hours of waterflow. Every room of her ranch home was wet! Within 2 hours of calling in an after-hours emergency claim, ServiceMaster was on site with equipment in hand. From our first contact with ServiceMaster personnel over the phone to working with the on-site crew in person, we were treated with respect, compassion and kindness. Ready and willing to answer all of our questions (and I do ask A LOT of questions!), it was obvious we were dealing with knowledgeable and experienced people. I recently moved to the area, then bought a house and moved again. Had a water heater flood my place weeks after moving. I had to deal with several different people (insurance, moving company, plumber, real estate agents). Honestly most of the experience has jaded me toward anything in the custom service industry. Servicemaster was the one company that went well above my expectations. They showed up on time. They were available 24/7 and easy to reach. I have never left a review anywhere because this is the first time I have been impressed enough to do so. Highly recommend.

ServiceMaster is an excellent company. I had a water heater break and they came out right away to fix the damage. Alex was the first to arrive and he explained everything to me as they went along. They then came out for a couple of days to check the progress of the water and they were very professional. Ty made the last visit and he was also very polite and professional . Overall all the workers were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

We had water damage earlier this year from a faulty dishwasher. They were recommended by our insurance company and had great reviews. Giving them 2 stars because the actual clean up and service were good. However, their Accounts Receivable/billing practices are ridiculous. The insurance and I were both quoted for clean up and repairs. They said it was all included. The insurance was billed and they were paid. Months later we get another bill from them for additional repair costs. They stated those were never part of the initial billing to insurance and I was told it was included, so I didn't hire my own contractor/handyman to fix the small things they detached/cut during the dryout. Their handyman reattached baseboard, set a toekick (that we had to purchase) for a cabinet, and repaired a less than 12"x12" spot in the basement ceiling that was accessed for the dry out--- $900+ dollars!!!!! I contacted my insurance who agreed that this was not what was submitted to them or agreed upon and should have been part of the costs submitted directly to the adjuster. My insurance already paid them and I'm stuck with another bill.

After using a competitor 1st, we called ServiceMaster Restoration as a second opinion backup after not being completely satisfied with our 1st choice in the mitigation process. The 1st company we used relied heavily on moisture readers technology and not on the knowledge of their customers (us) who had visual and documented knowledge of what the house looked like behind the walls as it was being built. Alex did an amazing job by accessing the water damage done to our home and ensured he had full knowledge of our situation and our concerns before their mitigation process began where the other company left off. Josh Schumacher and Collin went the extra mile to ensure that our house was bone dry and mold free! Josh was extremely polite and had excellent communication skills to work around our schedule for service. Alex and Josh both showed compassion by listening to our concerns and inspected multiple locations of our concern that still were wet a week later after the 1st competitor company crew left. Josh left us completely satisfied and gave us the peace of mind to begin the restoration process and to get our house back to the state before our unforseen disaster due to faulty installed plumming. If you have any Disaster Emergency needs, I would call ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM!

I'm a repeat customer of Service Masters. This company delivers everytime. I've had extensive water damage as well as sewage backup. Logan, Collin and Trevor just to name a few have always been wonderful. These guys are respectful of my time and property. They work quickly and safely.

I hope not to have any additional incidents, but Service Masters will be my first call.

Blake, Jason and Josh delivered fully on their name - they are the masters of service in all they do. Our main floor hall bath had overflowed all night and we woke up to water damage it the entire bath, front hallway, entryway, and a nice waterfall running into our basement.

Blake came and quickly assessed the damage. Within a couple of hours Josh and Jason arrived and had all of the flooring pulled up in the damaged areas and had the fans blowing. Within three days the floors were dried out and now they will be helping with the restoration, too. Josh and Jason are diligent, thorough, experienced and knowledgeable on top of being a joy to work with. I’m so thankful Blake sent the “A-team” to our home!

ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM did water restoration work for me after a pipe to my hot water heater broke. They did an excellent job cleaning up and restoring my basement. Josh Schumacher and Jason did an excellent job moving things, setting up fans, and explaining all that they would be doing. Josh Schumacher followed up at my home for the next 3 days, and applied the antimicrobial agent and even moved my things back where they belonged. They were both excellent at their job, and I am very pleased with the work done by this company. Special thanks to Josh. He is a true asset to the company.

Our basement backed up and Service Master was so responsive. Jason came out, listened to us and got the ball rolling. He has been wonderful throughout this mess. Informative and helpful all while reassuring us everything is going to work out. From dispatch, we have been very happy with this company. Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if we do have water issues, they’ll be our go to!

I called and initially spoke to Blake. He immediately came out after speaking to me to look at everything. Within 2 hours of him leaving I had a quote as well as an appointment to get them in to my house within 24 hours. We hired ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM to do an emergency mold remediation job in our house. My wife’s colleague recommended them to us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They came, examined the room, and gave us a quote within a few hours, and were able to start the job two days later, when the two other companies I had called were just calling me back to come to look. They made sure that the moisture levels in the affected room were lower than recommended, and were happy to answer our questions. A+ service!

Kurt and Connor were awesome! They helped remodel my kitchen after water damage, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. They were quick, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. I had a pipe burst which caused damage to several rooms in my home on a Saturday afternoon. My insurance company put me in touch with ServiceMaster Restoration. My first contact was with Renea. She was absolutely amazing. She first calmed me down and assured me that she would send her team out to assess the damage and begin the dry out. She said her team was on another call at the moment but she would get them to my location ASAP. She estimated about 7pm, she asked if that was ok. I told her absolutely. Her team arrived, Daniel and Kevin, at approximately 7:20pm. They assessed the massive amount of damage by taking photos and noting everything that I showed them was damaged by the water. I had water running down the walls and standing on the carpet. It had even ran into the duct work. Daniel and Kevin both were extremely pleasant considering the situation. They both were very knowledgeable about how to take care of the problem. They assured me that they had seen situations like this and I was in good hands with ServiceMaster. They brought in commercial size dehumidifiers and fans to start the dry out process and said they would be back in the morning.
Daniel and Connor returned on Sunday morning to remove wet carpet pad, baseboards and cut a few holes in the drywall to help in the dry out process. Again both were very pleasant. They brought additional fans as well to float the carpets. I am extremely satisfied with their expertise and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with water damage.

ServiceMaster did a fantastic job for us. We had an attic fire, which led to quite a bit of smoke and water damage. Tracy and her crew did a fantastic job of removing and cleaning the house contents. I really had no idea how much Tracy herself had packed until it was all returned to us! The boxes (and furniture) were expertly packed and labeled (a complete list of all contents was also provided) and everything that could be salvaged was cleaned and restored to pre-fire condition. No trace of smoke smell whatsoever. Communication throughout the process was professional and reassuring - much appreciated, since we really had no idea what to expect. We could not be happier with the services provided!

ServiceMaster was definitely the company I felt confident in after getting three quotes for the work. They delivered excellent service and surpassed expectations. Alex was great at inspecting the water damaged area and providing an estimate that was very fair. Kevin and Colin led the demo/water damage remediation team and they were awesome. They even saved all of the original baseboards and trim!
