Service Master recently helped us with care for our items after an electrical fire. Some unforeseen circumstances led to our items needing stored longer than anticipated. We are thankful for everyone at ServiceMaster for keeping our items safe and in pristine condition after thorough cleaning. Spencer was fantastic in orchestrating everything from day 1 to when we moved back in. Randy did a phenomenal job setting our items back up when moving in. We could not be more thankful for his help!

    Thank you so much everyone!

I cannot thank Spencer and the girls enough! If you have to go through tragedy like this, nothing moves fast except Spencer and his team! Having a fire in your home is never easy, Lily, Autumn, and Laura were absolute angels. I have never felt more comfortable having strangers in my home. Not only did they do a phenomenal job cleaning, they were also willing to problem solve with me when we found random water issues in the basement and when a few items weren’t coming clean. I’ve never seen a more efficient team. I’m forever grateful! ❤️

We called them per our insurance company. Guy came out right away. Told my husband that if he didn’t get it done by the next day , price would go up a lot. I will admit they did the job of getting wet things out of the basement. BUT they did not care about our upstairs floors, dripping water on our carpet and hardwood floors. Then they gave us a price and turned around and charged us a lot more, almost 9000.00 for some things they didn’t do. We told our insurance, they didn’t care. They just paid them. Then they came out and wanted to charge us 18 thousand to put it back together. Of course we couldn’t afford that, so we ask if they would just do certain things and the answer was NO. It wouldn’t be worth their time. WOW!! Seriously. Then we came to find out that they cracked the lid on the toilet and broke the flange getting it out. Now we have to pay to replace it. On top of that, they broke our screen door. It has a button to hold it open and then click it and it will close. My husband opened it for them and they must of forced it closed and broke top and bottom arm. They don’t care what they tear up because they think the insurance is paying. Would not use them again or recommend unless you get everything in writing first.

We reached out to Service Master Restoration by BTM after another water mitigation company failed to meet our expectations. My husband and I were looking for a second opinion but we were very concerned about choosing the wrong company for the second time. When I called Tessica answered and she was very understanding of my apprehension. She answered some questions and then put the water mitigation inspector, Alex, on the phone. Alex did not pressure me. He asked to come out and see our home free of charge so that he could give honest feedback of the approach his company would take to remediate the water damage from the a water line. Alex came out to our home and inspected the three floors that were impacted. Alex was professional; he listened to me explain what happened and he was attentive as I explained the areas of concern where the previous mitigation company failed to listen and take action. Alex checked everything that we asked him to check and then he checked even more. Alex found a wall that was still wet that my husband and I did not even point out and the first company overlooked. I really appreciate that he he identified this additional area as the safety of my family depends on our home being dry and safe. Alex also confirmed other ares that the first company said were dry were not actually dry. Even more important to us was that Alex acknowledged that areas we were concerned with would need to be checked. Alex cleared the need to remove additional flooring, walls, a portion of the ceiling, a vanity, flooring, and insulation with our insurance company. These were all items the first company refused to check even after we asked repeatedly and water marks were visible. Tessica called and scheduled us an appointment with the remediation team. Josh Schumacher and Collin were our remediation team. Both of these men were professional and attentive as we once again explained what happened. Josh had notes from Alex but he still listened to everything we had to say and he was very reassuring that him and Collin would make sure our home was dry and safe. The two of them answered any questions we had during the process and they treated our property with respect as they deconstructed the wet areas of our home. The two of them also cleaned up after themselves as they went along. When they finished everything on their list they asked us if we had any other areas of concerns. I informed Josh that there were still spots in the basement that needed to be checked. I told Josh that Alex had already gotten approval for these items to be checked. Josh said it was not a problem and he would reachg out to Alex after I showed him were the areas were. I appreciate that Josh listened to me, checked the area, and then corresponded with Alex. The reprsentative of the first company we called tended to ignore our thoughts. Alex confirmed that these areas had been approved for work and apologized that the information was left off the report. This could have caused my husband and I additional stress but because of how Josh and Alex handled the situation we felt no increased stress. Josh and Collin found water and wetness in the areas we were concerned about. They safely removed our vanity to find that water had settled under the vanity. Josh and Collin set up the air movers and humidifiers and they walked us through everything they had deconstructed. They also fogged areas with antimicrobial. The two of them asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving. Kevin came out the following day to check the wetness ratings of the material in our home. He moved a few blowers around and he was willing to check every area I asked him to check. Kevin was very understanding of our desire to make sure our home was safe. Josh came out the next day as we had indicated we are normally home during the day but we happened to be gone when he arrived. He reached out to us on the phone and he made arrangements to come back later that day. Our overall experience with Service Master Restoration by BTM was very good.

ServiceMaster and their subcontractors did absolutely amazing work on my home after water damage from a burst pipe. They kept me informed the whole time the work was done. Amazingly quick one started. The people are friendly, always extremely helpful. The contractors they hired were amazing. The two contractors use were were Jones, painting and remodeling as well as big Bob's carpet. Both were absolutely wonderful and very well picked by ServiceMaster.

I'll definitely be considering ServiceMaster again should I need mold removal or water remediation again, they did great on both as well as the remodeling. My basement looks wonderful again and as livable thanks to them.
