Renea, the Disaster Queen, is an absolute delight to work with! She was our initial contact and she worked behind the scenes to take care of a busted pipe issue while we were on vacation. She kept us in the loop and her contractors did great work. When we came home from vacation, everything was cleaned up nicely and the job was completed with a slight upgrade in the shower fixture where the leak occurred. I would gladly use ServiceMaster by BTM again; the Disaster Queen will also be our first call when we have issues with our house and we don’t know what to do next.

SUBJECT: BATH/FLOOR REPAIR Alex came out and did the initial review, followed by Josh a few days later for the mitigation process. Both were EXTREMELY professional, personable and efficient. Blake (owner) came out for repair estimate and also was professional, personable and efficient. The repair process will begin next week. So far, I couldn't ask for a better team! I'm excited to have the project begin.

Well, the project wrapped up today and my initial impression was correct. I decided to do some remodeling in the process and am greatly impressed. This is a first class company. Connor and Curtis did the remodeling/plumbing/carpentry/paint and were extremely polite, efficient, punctual, etc. The quality of work is amazing and they left my home very clean after the work was completed. I didn’t realize service like this existed anymore. These two went above and beyond w any change I asked for. Highly recommend this company and will refer all my friends.

Great company to work with! Josh and Ricky came in to professionally clean our unfinished basement. They were on time and extremely professional, completing the clean up all in one day. They left their fans over the weekend to ensure it was dry. Our basement has had flooding issues for 3 years after we had another company waterproof it. Because of all the additional work that was needed to waterproof our basement we felt it needed a professional cleaning. Glad they came through for our family so we can start using our basement again. Thank you!

It was a complete shock when my Mother's ice maker malfunctioned in the middle of the night allowing water to flow freely for an unknown amount of time. It seeped beneath the hardwood floor in her kitchen and into the downstairs family room. We had no idea who to call. After reading a few excellent reviews, we called ServiceMaster Restoration By BTM and even though it was a Saturday, they sent someone out right away. Kevin showed up, evaluated the situation and immediately began the drying out process, bringing with him large fans and dehumidifiers. It's amazing how much damage water can do. They had to replace all of the carpet downstairs and some of the drop ceiling tiles. The kitchen hardwood floor had to be sanded and completely resealed with poly-urethane. When we informed the insurance company that we were working with ServiceMaster, they said, "excellent choice...whatever they need, we'll cover". There were several team members that came out during the process, each with their own specialty. Every one of them were professional and courteous. They always called first and were always prompt. By the time they were finished, it was literally as if it never happened. Thank-you to Blake and everyone on the team! I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration By BTM to anyone in a similar situation!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
We had a water emergency late Thursday night. Water from a clogged and broken toilet poured into our kids' jack and jill bathroom for many hours before we detected it. Flooding the bathroom, both kid's bedrooms, pouring down the vents and walls, into the basement. Where it was in the ducts, and flooded the basement in 4 more rooms. Nightmare.
Service Master was there super fast on Friday. The crew worked so quickly and efficiently that it was mind blowing. They removed 7 rooms worth of items, carpet, padding, cabinets, etc in a day!
Everyone on the crew was so nice and friendly. I asked so many questions. Like so many. And they were all answered with absolute kindness. I never felt like I was annoying them, and I am sure I was.
The fans and dehumidifiers they left did the job and Kevin came and checked on the humidity levels daily at the exact time he was supposed to.
I truly hope I never need them again. But, I will be recommending them to any and everyone that needs flood or fire restoration.
The crew made this horrible situation a little bit better. Ty, Roy and Rory. I hope you get them.

The fact I can only rate up to 5 stars is criminal. The staff were kind, compassionate, funny, and just all around wonderful. I felt no judgement nor pitty as they cleaned our home. If I am ever in a situation again where I need assistance or if someone I know is ever in a similar situation they will be the first number I call or the first name I recommend. And a direct thank you to Autumn, Christy, and Lilly you three have helped me keep my head on straight through this whole process and for that I can't even begin to put into words how thankful we are.

We discovered a ceiling leak from the bathtub in the condo unit above.
ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM was recommended by my insurance company. I called and spoke to a dispatcher who was kind and friendly. Within an hour and a half I had one of the most courteous and professional technicians I've ever had visit our condo. Kevin Rains is an excellent technician, and businesses need more representatives like him. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process in a simple and knowledgeable way. He did an excellent job assessing the damage, and creating a plan to dry out our area. After he was done, he cleaned up our bathroom and treated it like it was his own.

Proceed with confidence when looking for restoration services. People like Kevin Rains make this company well worth their weight in gold.

ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM has been phenomenal! Within a day of calling them, they were out to do an estimate for damage in my crawlspace. They were able to help me navigate my insurance claim and has helped me understand and answer all of my questions. They were always quick to call me back and were quick to get the job done. They left my bathroom in better condition than they found it. I HIGHLY recommend this company for restoration due to water damage.

We came home from a weekend trip to discover a water leak behind our living room wall. Got a call into Service Master and that next morning they arrived to start cleaning up the mess and drying out the water damage. The crew was very professional, respectful and very easy to work with. Very happy with the service that was provided, I would give a 10 star rating if it was an option!!!

We had a fire in our complex, and the loss has been challenging. It is also challenging to replace your items, and the mental toll it has on you. I can't recommend a service more than ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM. Spencer has been the most kind, knowledgeable, and easy to reach individual I could've asked for. He made me feel like I could ask questions, and he didn't mind me calling multiple times to get clarity. Not only do they do their jobs great, they are equally great people. Will refer anyone dealing with something similar to them.

I’ve been very impressed with Service Master in Hebron. Literally every member of their team has been polite, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual! Ty, Rory, Logan, Chris (and all others) have exceeded our expectations so far. The work quality has been excellent. Pricing is detailed, in line with pre job estimates, and reasonable. Unlike a highly rated SM competitor, they are honest and not seeking to inflate costs on an insurance claim. As due diligence, I called a competitor for a 2nd quote. The estimator was far less knowledgeable and unprofessional compared to Ty, Chris, Logan, etc. They offered no itemized work estimate and were only interested in our insurance policy info. They guessed at a cost double that of Service Masters and wanted me to sign a contract w/o any estimates or explanation of the work. I highly recommend calling Service Masters and not wasting time with a shady competitor(s).

Had a water line rupture in my home. Called another provider who wasted 3 hours and still could not tell me if/when they would send a crew to help resolve the situation.

ServiceMaster was SUPER responsive to my call. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, I was assigned a crew and given a time they would be at my house the same day to begin remediating the water damage. Crew arrived timely, explained what they would be doing over the next several days and started. Always kind, willing to answer questions, helped with moving all the things that have to be moved and - this is the MOST IMPORTANT PART - they would do a little status briefing at the end of each day, talk about next steps and who/when one or more of them would be back. This water leak impacted my kitchen, laundry room and lower level of my home. Quite the mess.

Work was completed timely and professionally and I LOVED the crew of Ty, Roy and Logan. I hope you get them if you have this issue, as they come along side you in a horrible situation and become your partners in the cleanup. Tassica is the contact for ALMOST everything and is AMAZING pleasant and understanding; always willing to share info or address your needs.

Hoping you NEVER have this situation, but I would CERTAINLY use ServiceMaster and this crew again!

Cannot say enough good things about the cleaning crew. Those ladies were amazing. The billing dept however will charge you for things they know they didn’t do. When they get caught they’ll ‘remove’ them from the invoice. The statements they’ll send you after are no longer itemized and are for the exact same amount even though they say they removed what they didn’t do.

Our upstairs bathroom recently began leaking into our kitchen. The process of finding the leak and getting it all repaired was daunting but ServiceMasters has been wonderful!

Ty got out quickly for our estimate and then the team started almost immediately! Rory, Ally, Logan, Ethan, Christian, Christy, and Laura have been so incredibly considerate.

While I was overwhelmed they kept me level headed. They respected our home through demo and got me over to Tassica in the office to understand next steps. Truly thankful for the water restoration team and looking forward to working with the remodel team once we are all dried out!

Unfortunately, our home has had multiple flooding and water damage issues since we moved in. Fortunately, we have contacted Ty & the team at Service Master each time, and I really can’t say enough about how helpful they have been on each occasion. Most recently was the worst flooding we have experienced, and Ty, Rory, and Alex were not only empathetic, they were super helpful and accommodating throughout the cleanup process. I felt I could trust them and they also provided some much needed advice as far as what some of our options could be in regards to communication between our homeowners insurance and the plumbers who had not correctly fixed the root cause of the issue.

If you have water damage issues, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We recently discovered a slow water leak that did damage to three floors. It's a painful process having floors and walls torn out, losing access to three bathrooms and the laundry room, but the mitagation crew from Service Master made it as painless as it could be. They (Mac, Ethan, Jantje, Matt, Alex, and Rory) are so professional, thorough, and so nice! I would highly recommend them this crew from Hebron.
