Durham was very professional reasonably priced with the intall of AC and Heating unit in our shop. I would recommend to anyone! Very Friendly Staff!

I’ve been using Durham for all my HVAC needs(both residential and commercial) for years. They’ve always provided prompt, professional, and friendly service at very affordable prices.

Durham Heating & Cooling has been wonderful! I initially contacted them for a short-notice repair service during the colder months. They were extremely responsive and super easy to work with. Since then, I've had to call for a another short-notice repair for a different issue and once again they were extremely responsive, despite their full schedule. The front office has great customer service and the techs are always knowledgeable and friendly. Compared with other companies I've used in the past, their billing is fair and the value for their service is excellent. Great local company, thanks for the superb assistance!

Durham's was able to get my air conditioning unit back online exceptionally fast. Despite the current heatwave and the companies being extremely busy, my appointment time was very reasonable, as was the service fee. After this issue was diagnosed, the technician went beyond that and tested all the lines for leaks, and proper refrigerant levels. Thank you!

The lady that took my call was courteous and very helpful. The Durham techs showed up on time. They were professional, got the heat back on, and the cost was reasonable. They told me what was going on as they diagnosed the problem. They seem like an all around first class team. They'll be my go-to for all things heat and air. Thank you all!!

Amazing staff from the ladies in the office to their technicians. Heat went out and had to order a part. Julie drove to madisonville to pick it up so I could have it before the the cold hits this weekend. Thank you Durham Heating and Air for going out of your way to make sure I had heat at 5:00 pm on a Friday!!

AC unit isn't blowing cool air and mentioned one duct wasn't working. Melanie said she would check times for service and call back. Prompt return call to say since duct work is involved they are too backed up!

My initial impression with the company was with the administrator who answered my call. She was very sweet but most of all gave me all my options and was up front about everything. I really appreciated that. Secondly, the technician that came by (he arrived quickly) was professional and explained everything. I feel like I learned something new about my home. I’m grateful for a company that can provide excellent service and are courteous along the way. Thank you Durham!

When I called with my air conditioning concern, Melanie was very helpful with setting up an appointment for me. I appreciated the text, informing me that the technician was on his way. The technician, Hunter, arrived early. Within just a few minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and arrange for the necessary part. He left to pick up the part and returned quickly. He completed the repair and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I’m definitely looking forward to having a cool night’s sleep.

Had our A/C start blowing hot air and not holding proper temperature. Called Melody, and she called right back with a time the tech would come (same day). Hunter showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had us right back up and running. Hats off to Hunter, Melanie, and Julie for their incredible business customer service; which is rare nowadays....I highly recommend them!

Update 11/18/2025 Because they had already done such a great job on fixing our air conditioner, we contacted them when our heater went out. Once again; they came through immediately with their amazing tech Hunter via Melanie and Julie, and got it fixed within a timely fashion. They simply are the best in this area and are the ones you should call if you need a serious professional business that can come through every time!
