Came back from a trip to find we had no AC, they came right out and had me fixed in no time. Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them!

We called Ronnie Young and Climate control on Tuesday due to a coil. we were told was busted and leaking. They came out looked and seen what it was and said he had to check if it had a warranty and we knew it did, 10 years on parts. He proceeds to tell my dad he had to call the company and make sure the warranty was valid even though we told him we have it in hand with us. Said he would order the part and should be getting here in a couple days. That was Tuesday. Said we would have to pay labor and a shipping and handling and for 25 more he cold move us to the top of the list. So a total of 125. Now fast forward to today. We have messaged him a couple of times with no response. A similar situation happened last winter as well with this company. Its sad that because you aren't part of the good ol boy system in this town you don't get good quality service. This company is horrible and the owner looks down on folks and thinks he is better than other.

Climate Control was fast and very knowledgeable about my situation. They were quick to respond to me and very quick to get someone out and fix my issue. Now I don't have to freeze this winter! Lol

Our HVAC system stopped working so I called and got same day service. It was 94 degrees outside but felt like 100 degrees inside. He came out and got our unit running in less than 5 minutes! 10/10 I most definitely recommend!
