This is the best plumbing service there is in this town!! David and Denisha r the best ppl ever to work with. David will accommodate you in every way that he can if at all possible!! Wouldn’t use anyone else!! Very professional!! He knows his stuff, as he had done this forever. The best!!

I had a facet that wouldn't shut off. They weren't able to get out right away so they told me how to shut off the water. They even told me I could text them pictures of the plumbing and they would tell me exactly what valve to shut off. They showed up on time, with the parts they needed, and got the facet fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely call them again and recommend to others.

This business lacks competency, integrity and customer service. The technicians were prompt in showing up but they couldn't find our main sewer pipe. They dug a hole, and just left. They said they would contact the last company who did work on our house to locate the pipe and come back but never did. When I called a couple days later to follow up, Mr Hoover got defensive when I inquired about their return. Granted, he didn't charge me for the big hole they left but was not going to follow up with the other company and admitted his guys sometimes lie so they can get out of things..? I ended up calling another plumbing company and they found the sewer pipe in the same place Hoover's guys where looking just a little further down.

Called David Hoover late Friday afternoon. He came quickly and repaired my problem. Did a great job. Highly recommend . Again i Needed Hoover plumbing on a Friday they came fixed my problem quickly . Very reliable , and customer satisfaction is first.

David Hoover is one of the good guys! He did work for my brother and was way more than fair in price and went above and beyond what needed to be done. He has done plumbing for me and he has always been kind and professional and efficient. It is so good to know someone that is so dependable.

Mr Hoover arrived quickly when my hot water tank broke. He fixed it quickly and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. He has also fixed a busted pipe for me before as well. He is respectful and professional, with great pricing as well. I would highly trust and recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Had a sewage block in oak grove was it determined to be in the the main, they work to helping by involving Hopkinsville sewage the owner of oak grove sewage Service, long story short we had to replace the sewage line to the main which is 54ft from the clean out to the hookup, it take 18 days and a cost of 1275.53 for three hours of work, pipes, glue, couples,rock,and digging, left a mound four feet high and forty feet long and a clean out four feet tall at the end of the drive next to the roadway, now am told I has to have a pumbler to cut it and secure below the surface. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS, 1275.54 and still they want more for a builder shortcut. Thanks bluegrass for all you done, Allen you are no#1

Called on Thursday. Was told no service until Tuesday. Tuesday, I followed up and they had not even scheduled me. Promised to investigate but didn’t call me back. I called for a new schedule. After answering each question, I commented that they had asked this before, the intent being to let them know I had actually called before. The receptionist said “if you are going to be rude, find another plumber” and hung up on me! I called back and left a message that I wasn’t being rude and this would definitely be reported. I HOPE they were not discriminating against certain neighborhoods!

Quick to respond and professional. They delivered a quote and completed the work promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them.

When I first called I spoke with a woman, who said she was the manager. I told her I had a clogged sink and she said she would send someone out. I then asked how much it would be, even if it was just a ballpark figure and was told there is NO WAY to know that (which is a lie because the lowest it will be is 85$ apparently because that is how much a house call is which was info given to me by the workers when they came out. The prices go up from there). Anyway, the guys came out and did a quick very good job, so no problem there but I asked again how much it would be which is when they told me 85$ which has to be paid the same day. The guys left, and I went on about my day. The next day the same woman called to get my payment and I asked her if we can pay it later, she said no. She was rude the whole time.. I explained to her that it was her that id spoke with and that its not fair to the consumer to have a service rendered without letting the person know how much the service will be and then want payment up front regardless. She then told me that if I wanted to run a business I should come run hers, to which I said no thanks. She also told me that she would have the owner call me back (which was over a week ago) and he hasn't. I also have called everyday and they won't answer or respond to the various emails I've left. I even told her that if the calls are recorded id like her and her boss to listen to the way I was spoken to. This is awful and I hope that everyone thinks about this before they go to Bluegrass Plumbing. Im deeply dissatisfied at the lack of professionalism and respect for the consumer. The work that the guys did was good, but the office staff is atrocious and 85$ for doing almost nothing is a bit much. Plus, they apparently WILL NOT work with you on paying the bill, or thats what I was told.
