WOW! Bluegrass is the best. I called and they sent someone out to my house within hours, even though they were booked up. They got to the house, identified the problem (roots in the pipes), and called me to let me know what was going on. The price and overall service is not comparable, simply the best company for any plumbing issues. You have a loyal customer in me because you all are awesome. Thank you Bluegrass Plumbing.

Bluegrass plumbing was on time and got the job done quick. I called them and heard back from then within the hour. The plumbers called about an hour before the appointment time and actually showed up early. The plumbers where respectful and cleaned up after they were done. I have been using bluegrass plumbing for over a year and will continue to do so.

Great people and great service! They were very polite, professional, upfront on hourly rate and the job was done right. These plumbers stand by their work and cleaned up afterwords. Give them a call!

My mom and dad don't have computer service, so I was asked to leave a great review on their behalf. They said they called Bluegrass and left a message about their water heater problem, and they promptly received a call back, and service was scheduled and completed the next day, or it could have been the same day. Regardless, this is the second time they have used the company and could not be happier with the service, knowledge, and friendliness that Bluegrass exhibited. They highly recommend them.

Showed up when they said they would, fixed what they said they could. Charged entirely too much for job. (125) for 1 hour of work is entirely too much even in today's market. Parts that were replaced were upcharged nearly 100% (charged $105 part on high end $50). If you don't mind paying more for good on time service then these are your guys.

They came out and fixed My problem, but within 4 day's The clogg returned. I called back and they said they would have to charge me again for the service which almost cost me 300.00 dollars.

I won't be using them ever again and will express my resentment to anyone who is looking for a decent plumbing service!

Called and made appointment. They showed up within the time block. They were efficient and even fixed a part that I didn't know was messed up until they were testing the toilet. Problem solved and was able to have my Superbowl party. Thank you!

We have worked with them serval times and normally have no issues. The last service call they had to fix a diverter in one of our showers and take off the old tile. When finished they told us to call once we got the tile fixed and they would come put the handles back on so it would be useable. Paid for work done and fixed the tiles. When they came back out to put the handles on they charged us $200 claiming it was a second service not covered under everything done before and paid for. Never disclosed that it would an additional fee or how much. Lady on the phone was unwillingly to discuss our concerns and just demanded payment. Not happy.

Ran all new pipes from water meters to 5 trailer units. Scheduling was easy with friendly ladies taking the call. When things got technical, the owner showed up and heard my concerns, made a plan. Job was done timely, and I didn’t have to do anything but write the check.

I did have a concern at the end, and it was taken care of with no problem at all.

These guys are great. Prompt, informative, knowledgeable, professional and very down to earth. It was easy to make the appointment, they arrived earlier than expected, handled my water heater problems, explained the issue and had information on ways to prevent other common problems that may arise. They got the water back on and double checked everything before they left. I'll definitely rely on them again.

We needed our sewer line replaced and they were one of the reasonably priced company among many. I did not personally interact with the workers but my husband did and said that they did a good job. My issue with them began when my husband called with some concerns related to the work being done, he was spoken to in a very condescending manner. When I pointed out the inappropriate tone during the call, the lady and I had a little back and forth which ended in her threatening to stop the work already started in our home. They completed the work as the "boss" came down and addressed my husband's concerns. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. She shouldn't talk down to customers when asking reasonable question regarding work being done in our home. We would still recommend them if asked for a good plumber because the workers are great.

Got the part I needed, but delayed as they used my phone number from 7 years ago.

This place sucks on calling back on the weekends we got our new unit from them 3 years ago and ever year they have to come out and fix something I always end up calling on the weekend and nobody has ever called us back

Quality? Im calling bull,,, called tbem because unit wouldnt start. Claimed unit installed incorrectly years ago. Wouldnt work on it and still charged $79 to LOOK!!!

New units to replace old. Showed up on time professional done in less time than expected. Quality is an appropriate name for them

Came out to do fall maintenance, not sure he did anything. I recently had another company come out and they adjusted temperature limits and burner.

He was also supposed to provide a quote to replace a min split unit that he says is shot, 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the quote.

Will not call this place again.
