One of the worse Heating and cooling companies in hopkinsville right along with Climate Control. So Bobby Young comes out to look at our unit. Turned out the capacitor was bad in fan motor. Said it was running backwards. Also said we were low on Freon about 4lbs worth. He added it we paid him he left. 2 hours later the unit is cutting on and off by itself and not cooling the house. He comes back and checks it out. Then proceeds to tell us we had a coil leak. Wouldn't him having to add 4 lbs of freon his first visit let him know that. So basically beat us out of 150 bucks. Referred it to Ronnie Young of Climate control. Said he would have to be the one to fix it since they are the company that registered the warranty. Which was a big lie. Any company can fix the unit since the labor warranty is out of date. Seems to me they are in it to beat folks. Unless you are part of that elite and good ol boy system in Hopkinsville!

Called Bobby Young's heating & cooling on a Saturday morning said he would be out that afternoon. Showed up and promptly fixed the problem. Explained what had happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. Was very impressed.

Call and he said one more stop & be out to my home. Six & half hours later call him. Goes to recording stating he was closed & doesn't work on Sundays. I Google and it says open 24/7 . Even some reviews states he was at their home on a Sunday. I would apperciate a call when he couldn't make & I wouldn't mind. But not to call and keep customer informed. That's poor service. I'm sure he doesn't care because don't need new clients. Glad others thought he was great

Called Sunday morning and was able to come out and fix our AC the same day. Bobby was very nice, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and will be using him for future work.

Absolutely Great service i called late in the day on short Notice he came riggt out diagnosed the problem thoroughly and fixed it, And thank god for him, because it was 80 degrees in my house and I was sweating up a storm with a heart condition. Thanks to him, I have perfectly cool air, and his the price was perfectly great reasonable and fair, The best i've ever seen ! A real down-to-earth person who won't mess you over ! We had a capacitor go out on our system in the middle of summer. Bobby came over and replaced it very quickly. About 5-6 months later, the furnace wouldn’t start during an extremely cold snap at the beginning of winter. Bobby brought his apprentice over and showed both of us the cause, the simple solution, and the reasoning behind the process.
Very fairly priced and very fast response.

I called him and he came same night and ordered the part he needed. Once he got the part he went and put it on. The other company I had look at the heater said the whole system needs replaced. He is honest and not trying to rip anyone off. And really good price

Nothing has happened still waiting for the company to inspect the unit and give a quote. Receptionist said they were all booked for the next two weeks. They will call me if someone is free.

Josh was great found the issuse and was very helpful in anwstering all my questions.. But after paid fiance opened the ac again cause it stopped working again..Josh had cleaned and serviced it..But where the box was that Josh had found where perivious residents put boxes in the vents.. He started pulling out hand fills of hair and dirt that was on the condenser that had been missed and now it is working perfect..Also my ac says no chemicals just water..Yet there was blue water leaking from where he had sprayed it with chemicals..was happy until found that
