Overall, very professional and I was pleased with her work for SMALL jobs. On the other hand for a larger job I would encourage anyone to do a complete walk through before submitting your final payment. I was disappointed when I walked through my home (that I’m selling) to find several things not completed while I was left with the impression that everything I asked for AND paid for was completed. To top it off I was encouraged to text her if I was not happy with anything and she would come back and make it right. I did text her and haven’t heard anything back, as of yet.
Bottom line…I would consider her for a small job but not so much for a larger job.

Very impressed by her cleaning. So thorough and particular. She was able to clean one of my bathtubs that had been stained for years and make it look brand new. It was amazing! Definitely a first class cleaner!!

Completely blown away by her work on a move-out clean. She worked very hard and did an amazing job cleaning our house to get ready to sell. Very responsive and kept me updated the entire time, she stayed late and came in early over 3 days since our house is quite large. She truly went above and beyond for us I am so grateful. 10/10 recommend.

I needed a cleaning service for a one-time deep clean, and Carol was very quick to respond to my message and came the same day to quote the job. She was able to fit me into her schedule for the following day which was amazing since I needed the job to be done quickly. She was very thorough and did an amazing job cleaning everything. She brought her own products and equipment, so I didn't have to go out and purchase any supplies for her. She was pleasant to work with and left the home in top-notch shape. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a cleaning service. You won't be disappointed.

She was amazing she came to help me she did all the dishes deep cleaned the bathroom I really wanted to get my dad's house clean before he came home from the hospital and she went above and beyond she was super sweet. 10/10

Caroline is great! I called her out of the blue and told her my moms house was in dire need of cleaning and she was able to come immediately. House looks much better than before and still needs work so we’re going to continue with Caroline to clean once a month!

She gave a very quick response. She picked up the phone right away, and we were able to do a consultation the same day. By the next day, my kitchen was clean and gorgeous! Very sweet lady and great service.

My son said Our yard needed work,said I know a guy and it was Jay,HH&L,he showed up and asked what I wanted and he got to work told he knew exactly what I wanted he informed me what he was planting and why,very professional,paid attention to detail,if he didn't like the way it looked he said I'm redo that,I trusted his work and he had a good partner name Ruby so frendly,looking forward to working with him in the spring,he said would come back and do other needed work.We called other Lawn care services Jay was the only one to show up.With that We go beyond the 5 stars,Family and Friends say your yard looks GOOD I RECOMMEND JAY HH&L!!!!!!
