I give 0 stars if I could!! I simply called to inquire services for a local school and I did not hear the owner answer the phone so I said hello, the owner then the owner proceeded to say, 'yes hello I said hello 3 times already, get to the point.' Absolutely will NOT do business with any business owner who answers the phone in this manner!

First time customer,, it's early in the season yet but still found some different pretty flowers. Staff was super nice and owner knowledgeable. Will definitely be back again.

Paul saved Christmas for someone on Christmas Eve. He didn't have to answer or help. But, he did. So grateful to have this business in our community. They helped neighbors in another part of KY late this afternoon. No words for the gratitude! You can't beat Hoptown people! Thank you! Hopefully, pictures will be sent!

I was looking to get some gardening mulch/compost this past weekend and I called them right before they closed. They stayed late so I could pick up the mulch and even offered to stay later if I needed more. The workers are incredibly nice and were more than willing to stay even later if I needed them to. I will definitely be returning

Nice guy. Didn't try to sell me the more expensive tree that I thought I wanted. Recommended a tree that would do better for my needs.

In June we found 2 apple trees that we wanted to buy. The ladies set up a delivery. We waited three weeks for the trees and never received a call nor did the delivery show. We called and a rude man answered never giving his name. He said he would take care of it after canceled the order. On Jan 17 we received a notice for them trying to collect $367.78 for a service and product never received. We called and was met with the same rude man. We will never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone.
