Austin did a great job for us! Very professional! Explained what needed to be done. Made recommendations based on the age of the house. Quoted a fair price and quickly made the repair. Could not ask for a better experience. Will call Plumb Tite Plumbing again should the need arise.

I have used Plumb Tite many times and they are always great! I find they are always honest about what is needed and they are very open about costs. Plumbing is expensive but they are always competitive when I check prices. They are always quick to respond and try their best to come when you need them. I always call them first!

Plumb Tite was amazing in helping us to replace our tankless water heater. The crew was all very professional and friendly from start to finish. Then separately, when our a/c stopped working, they came out and gave some information about what was wrong and recommended getting in touch with the original installer to save money as it was under warranty, instead of just trying to push me for their business.

He tried the less expensive option of replacing the cartridge in the shower first. The shower was a difficult fix. Austin completed it with planning, precision, expertise, and persistence. Our AC was blowing warm air and it was 85 degrees in the house. We were miserable all night, and have a senior dog who was struggling with the heat. Plum tite came over, fully diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and replaced it same day. The price was very reasonable and they provided several options for paying. The house feels so much better, and our dog is no longer panting. They are extremely accommodating and we are so grateful for the cooler air and great service!
