Unfortunately my basement flooded for the 2nd time in a month due to all the rain. Paul Davis came the first time and I knew to call them for the second time around.Within a few hours of calling, Dan and his men were here to inspect and start extracting the water that same day. Working with Dan, Nick, and Andre turned an incredibly stressful time into an easier, more manageable incident. All three men were attentive, hardworking, and overall honest and trustworthy! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

The work the crew completed to repair our basement bathroom water damage is amazing! Matt, Silvano, Romeo and everyone else went above and beyond to leave everything looking and working great. They were always on time, stuck to the schedule, paid attention to every small detail and were very respectful and caring of the property at all times. I would work again with this Paul Davis restoration team without hesitation. Thanks for getting us back our basement bathroom!!!

I had a FedEx truck hit my home (garage) 3 days before Christmas last year and after fighting with FedEx to get my home fixed and going thru that stress, having the team from Paul Davis made it so much easier. Steve the estimator was so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with everything they were putting in the estimate to make sure my house was put back the way it was (only they put it back better!). Jimmy my project manager was AMAZING! He was always responsive, polite, helpful and always took the time with me to answer every question I had. He worked everything out so when I had to leave town for two weeks for work that the work did not stop. So grateful for him! All of the guys who came to my home to do work (I apologize I don't remember all of their names), were also great! They were respectful of my home and went above and beyond to make sure that my home was put back better than ever. They were always happy to answer any of my questions and took the time to make sure my home was clean before they left. I am very happy with the work done and look forward to using Paul Davis again!

I hired Paul Davis Restoration due to a house fire. Matt the project manager and his team are excellent 5 stars from me. They went out of their way to make the process go smoothly through a traumatic experience. I highly recommend them. The house is absolutely gorgeous !

I had a water line break and the water damage was turned into my insurance agent. He suggested I use Paul Davis for this project. Paul Davis reached out to me and agreed to start wet mediation immediately. The crews came out right away, started the machines and took out water damaged material. An estimator for PD met with me and sent my Insurance adjustor the plan/cost. It was approved timely, then they came in and completely rebuilt my finished basement and the bathroom upstairs. The Project Manager and the crew where very professional, explained the rebuild process, allowed us to pick out the new flooring and paint colors for the replacement material. This job was completed much faster than I was told. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. We love our newly refinished home, built back even better than we could of hoped for. Thanks Paul Davis for working on our project.

This company has been wonderful to work with. When the storm blew my roof shingles off they were very responsive and had it tarped and taken care of within a couple of hours of my phone call They were informative and followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of Everyone was very professional and helpful I can’t say enough good things about this company. My basement flooded and Paul Davis restoration was called to perform the water mitigation. Since they did an outstanding job with that, I hired them to completely remodel the basement! I am extremely pleased with everything they did, and it looks beautiful! Elliott did an outstanding job, keeping me apprised of everything along the way, He went beyond the call of duty, helping me navigate the entire process! What an asset he is to the company! Martin and his crew also did a fine job! I would highly recommend this business to family and friends in the future!

Paul Davis Restoration and remodeling did a wonderful job with water mitigation and repair after a pipe burst in our home. They were professional and easy to work with.

We had a toilet overflow and water leak through two floors. Paul Davis was able to come out same day and worked as quickly as they could to get the insurance adjuster what was needed. We had never experienced anything like this and they worked directly with our insurance broker and company to ensure a smooth process for us.

They came in they Rose respectable of my house and knew what needed to be done. I am waiting on the remodeling guys to finish up.

Due to a small house/garage fire, we were in need of a restoration company to help us with our repairs. We "happened upon" Paul Davis Restoration, who our insurance agent has listed as a Premium Service Provider. We couldn't be happier that we found them! From the start to finish, Elliot was an amazing contractor to work with. He handled all, and I mean all, aspects of the process. Each contractor he used to complete the different processes was top notch and did an amazing job! It wasn't a large job for them but they didn't treat us any differently and provided quick and professional service with A++++ results. I can't recommend Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling enough!

They didn't honor their contract and work they did was pathetic. It has to be redone! They also tried to add costs after we already signed the contract! Do not trust! And to their response, they said they've been trying to reach us, that is a total lie! They have our number. They have our email. I said I was done with them when they tried to add $3,000 to our already signed contract. What a bogus response. Do not trust!

Positive experience! Their fast response helped reduce the damage, and they took their time to make sure where the water was, how to approach and when they came back out confirmed dry.
