We had a furnace fire that caused soot and a terrible smell throughout our house. Thankfully, Elliot and the Paul Davis team came to our rescue! They did a fantastic job with the professional cleaning and even painted some rooms. We are so grateful for their prompt response, thorough work, and compassionate service. I had a very positive experience with the entire Paul Davis team, including Jeremy and Lindsay my project manager. From A to Z they did an amazing job. Lindsay was amazing, she listened, executed at a high level from a budgetary perspective, brought in fantastic contractors who did fantastic, fast and very thorough work. Without hesitation, I would recommend Lindsay and the entire Paul Davis team for your home remodeling needs.

We recently had a car plow through almost 50 feet of fence - obliterating the shrubs, fence, and the front of the car in the process. We did some clean up- but the piles of debris and fence shrapnel were EVERYWHERE. The Paul Davis team- Brian, Devon, Damien, & Romeo’s crew were absolutely amazing. The team was quick to respond, set up a date to come out (only 2 days after speaking with them, which was the day after the accident!). The guys were thorough, professional, and did an amazing job!!! I am so grateful for their attention to detail.. that kind of care and quality workmanship goes a long way to bringing back some sense of normalcy after an event like that.

Paul Davis did a great job on our golf cart addition on our garage. All of the subcontractors were professional and showed up when they said they were. Our project manager Adam Lewis did a great job managing the job. We will definitely use Paul Davis again in the future!

I had restoration work done on my drywall and carpet due to water damage in my basement. Edward, the contractor who worked on drywall, painting and trim, came everyday and worked nonstop until the job was done. He was very professional and was approachable, kind and friendly. He took care to try and limit the dust and mess this type of job creates. Everything was cleaned up nicely so that the next phase could begin.

The PM for the job, Lindsay, checked in frequently and answered any questions I had. She was great at listening to concerns and helped to explain the process. There was also another group who installed the carpet and they were very efficient, did a nice job and everything was cleaned up nicely after both jobs.

The only thing that I would leave as a suggestion is, for customers who may be like myself and do not know how home owner claims work, is for the parties involved who set up the work would make sure homeowners understand what a fixed fee estimate for a job is because this was the only thing that caused confusion for me. I was using the only context I had for the word estimate to mean the items for the job may fluctuate a bit but the estimates for home claims mean you will pay that price regardless of actual material or labor costs. I do feel the price was fair, however I did have a level of worry not understanding this and thinking I still may be responsible for out of pocket expenses. It took some extra discussion between multiple parties but Lindsay and Edward kept checking in and making sure I was comfortable and happy with the job.

My four bedroom house had received severe smoke damage from a HVAC fire. Paul Davis came to the rescue they were respectful and very professional. They performed a wonderful timely job cleaning and restoring my home and all my belongings even though it was during the holiday season. I’m grateful for Paul Davis’ hard work and their wonderful staff and thank them for giving me my home back.

Due to an ice dam I unfortunately had water intrusion in my kitchen and 2 upstairs bedrooms. My insurance company contacted Paul Davis and they sent Damien out for mitigation. He not only worked around my very limited availability, multiple times; him and his team were very professional and answered all of my questions. Damien was very thorough investigating the scope of damages, very knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Hopefully I will never need these services again, but if I do it will without a doubt be Paul Davis. 10/10 would recommend.

Last year, I had a fire and was fortunate enough to be referred to Paul Davis to do the restoration work. I cannot tell you how happy I was throughout the process. Elliott, my representative, never left me waiting, never let me down, and even exceeded the expectations he had set in the beginning.

When you have someone that good working for you, it takes a lot off your plate and I couldn't be more grateful. He was down to earth, often bugged me to get him information, and straight up honest with me at every turn. And when things are hectic, property destroyed, you want someone who is relatable and honest. Without a doubt, the best "contractor" I have ever worked with and it's not even close. A good human being too, and that's even more important to me.

I cannot recommend Elliot Jenk with Paul Davis more highly and I wouldn't even consider anyone else if I needed this type of work done again. Thanks for everything you have done for my family, it won't be forgotten. All the best to yours.
