This was our first time using Paul Davis Restoration company and we were definitely pleased in every aspect of their service. Each service tech that came out was polite and professional and always called beforehand to give us notice of their arrival. I want to especially give an extra shout out to Austin who went above the call of duty to answer our questions and guide us as to what was going to be the process of the day to day steps in the drying out and demo part of the restoration process. Thanks Paul Davis and Austin and your team of service workers for your help restoring our home!

On one of the most harrowing days of my life, the team from Paul Davis stepped in and took utmost care of me . Chad (especially), Andrea and Wes were instrumental in helping me salvage my critical belongings quickly and efficiently. They were professional, generous, swift and incredibly kind. Mr Tipton stayed on the scene for hours, counselling me, providing expertise , resources and kind words as I sorted out my situation. He has continued to help me in figuring out other resources for support, and I will forever be thankful to this company and the team that works there.

Awful experience while trying to get my roof and basement repaired after storm damage. Spent 6 months being pass around to different project managers and estimators as each one quit, one after another. Then after 2 separate estimate visits and when things finally seemed worked out, I called only to get final quote to discover they could they couldn’t even locate my basement estimate and had no record of that part of the job.

Wes Kilgore a project manager came to our home in Mt. Sterling Ky. His professionalism and personable demeanor was refreshing. He attention to detail and his approach to walk throughout the home was done with care and patience. He also left his number if we had any concerns or unanswered questions. 5 stars doesn’t touch the rating.

Had a horrible scare when water started coming up between floor boards in our kitchen. We called Paul Davis and within an hour Jordon was at our home evaluating the damage and helping us plan next steps. Thankful for his expertise and support!

Her customer service skills are absolutely impeccable. Her knowledge brings a sense of security that is often hard to find in this field. I highly recommend her to anyone who find themselves in a situation that requires peace and solutions to remedy the problem. There are some other good representatives and good companies, but if you want the best call Andrea and have the peace of mind that you did the right thing.

If you need a team who will get it done right the first time, call Paul Davis! I was so impressed with how quickly they contacted me after hearing from my insurance & they were at my house the next day. The project manager Chad was patient and answered all of my annoying questions. I will definitely be suggesting them to all of my family and friends! 10/10

No one wants to have plumbing problems that causes significant damage throughout parts of a home…well that’s happened to me.
Not knowing where to turn, my insurance adjuster contacted Paul Davis Restoration. They immediately came out and took total control of our problem on all three floors of our house.
Bill has been the lead on our water mitigation. He’s a very hard worker and keeps me informed every inch of the way.
Today’s crew Bill, Cyrus and Chloe Nicole did a fantastic job of carefully removing title from our master bathroom and cleaned up all debris and made sure everything was in neat order before leaving.
They are prompt, efficient and, most importantly, communicate all along the way so there are no surprises.
I appreciate their professionalism as well as their friendly and caring demeanor.
I will always recommend Paul Davis employees to any of my friends when the need arises.
